I keep hoping this stock will pop, but I'm averaged out at .0079 and I don't know how long it will take to get back up to that level. I don't have other funds to average down, but if I did, I would definetely average down. Does anyone really think this stock is worth .003 with all the goods news that is going on?? I'm just hoping that it will pop back to .02 like it did a few months ago, but who knows what the deal is with this stock. The chart looks like it could pop anyday.

Check out this chart. It almost has a pattern to it. This may be wishful thinking, but look at it. Back in November, this stock popped to .01, then started to go down, but popped again to .005 before it dropped to previous support of .002 or around there. This last pop in the middle of February was to .02 then dropped but popped again up to about .007. I think we could be seeing a pattern. If it is a pattern then it happens about every three months. I don't know. This could be wishful thinking, but it could be something good too. Check out the chart and let me know what you think. This HAS to pop sometime.

I took a look Stock 82. Good post! Not sure if CDVJ will follow a pattern or not, its a pretty risky investment. Seems to be very unstable, even with good news in the company. None-the-less, i just got filled at .0025. Hopefully i will see a small run and be able to get SOME profit from it. If you find anything please let us know! thanks

I think the company is fine. They are buying up shares is my understanding and we have two possible companies they want to buy. I am looking for a 100% profit in a month

100% profit?? Where did you buy at is the question. Some of us need about 500% to break even.....way low volume today and now price volatility. Personally, I think low volume could be a good sign. Alot of times, the MM's wait until the volume is really low to let the stock take off. Also, the low volatility is going to tighten up those bands...

From RB... conversation with Andrea Cortellazzi...

Just spoke to Andrea about the dividend, buyback and a few other things.....
1) I wanted to confirm what the unknown_factor found out in his discussions with the transfer agent yesterday. Heres the deal, since CDVJ has put out 2 seperate dividend dates he must give out the dividend to all shareholder's on both dates. So, those who were holding on the initial April 9th date are going to receive their dividend shares. As for the May 19th date, everyone holding on that date will also get the dividend shares. Those of us who owned CDVJ on April 9th and have not sold and continue to hold until May 19th(or sell and buy back in before the May 19th) will get a DOUBLE DIVIDEND! That has been confirmed with Andrea and the transfer agent.
2)Buyback- I told Andrea what Steve Taylor said about there being no buyback at this time. Andrea said that Steve was not fully informed on the money side of things. Andrea said the buyback has started and will continue.
3)As for the OTC listing, he mentioned that we will hear something soon.
4)DTI is still going into CSJJ.
5)Airport update soon.
He seemed very concerned about SEC disclosure regulations.

This company is about as sketchy as its own PPS! They reflect each other accordingly, imo. Im still in and holding on, who knows when we will get the shares, or how many, but maybe we will get them sometime!

I'm trying to forget this one for a couple of months... but it's impossible! I'm drawn to it over and over during the course of the day. DAMN ADDICTION!
Did you guys see the website that someone created about Cortellazzi and his past? Very depressing. Let me know if you want it... I have the link somewhere around here...

I don't think it could be any worse than what I already think of him, but yes please post it.

They have continually had PRs that have been confusing, in my opinion. Even their clarifications have left people discussing what they might have meant. PRs come out the stock goes down. Dividend annouced the stock goes down, etc. etc. etc..I still think something is extremely fishy about this company. I beleive there are now lawsuits in the making.Something seems rotten! All the above is my opinion.
Thanks, DZ

My opinion regarding the lawsuits. I'm just expecting things to continue to get worse for this outfit, based on what Ive seen so far. Lawsuits are my opinion and speculation. There are a lot of disgruntled shareholders.

To be honest, we don't even need talk of lawsuits in here....do you have any basis or foundation for that opinion. Where did it come from? I just find it very odd to check the posts one day and find talk of a lawsuit that came from nowhere. About the website...Why would someone dedicate a whole website to a stock and to bash it's CEO? I really don't think we'll go much lower from here, but the way things are going it might take a while to restore investor confidence.

The drawings are very nice...little things like that help show that this is for REAL and when investors start to realize that and all the bashers and bad rumors go away, this stock will do alot better. IMO, I think the low volume and low volatility we have been seeing these past few days are signs of CDVJ preparing for a takeoff. Look at other stocks in the past. They DON'T have alot of volume when they take off. The volume starts after they have started to climb. The low volatility is good because that tightens up the bollinger bands...another thing that happens right before a steep climb. I don't know when it will happen, but I think the low volume is because MM's are sucking everyone's shares they can and now not many people are panic selling. REMEMBER: This stock has NO reason to be down. I think I'll average down again in a couple days to about .005.

Like i said yesterday, CDVJ seems to be holding its own nicely right now. I agree with most of your post. The talk of Lawsuits are really needed. The building does look good. It takes time, obviously to get there. And i also agree, restoring investor faith is going to be a tough task for CDVJ. I still think we have a long way to go, but things are looking somewhat better! CDVJ is holding it's PPS recently, as long as they don't come out with any new PRs the PPS may go up. LOL
I really hope it does. I'm still holding with 75% loss after averaging down three times. Frustration at the miscommunications combined with the obvious manipulation of PPS and possibly share count created my earlier opinions about xxxxxxx. I won't even say the word. Do I trust the CEO? No.
I will not give my opinion on this any more as that seems to be bashing to some, nor will I pump it and mislead other folks.
I hope we all make huge profits, or at least recoup some of our losses. It actually did go up yesterday right after my post. I don't beleive any damage was done by my opinion being posted.

Goodluck all!

DZ

Nah Denzen, no harm done. I am just stating that I honestly like that way the the price has been stable over the past few days. Weve been hovering around the 25 range and hasnt dropped to much. Maybe we can get a steady climb over time. GLTA

Yeah.... it's interesting that yesterday afternoon, CDVJ was holding fast to the +2, at 0.0027. This morning, it's holding the +3 steadfastly also, at .0030.
This kind of behaviour has NOT been seen in a long time. I mean, if you looked at buys and sells for CDVJ on any given day in the past, it was impossible to understand how the MMs determined our pps. Some kind of magical formula that eludes me. No discerning predictable patterns or anything. Sometimes, there were 100 buys for 20 or 25 sells, and pps was consistently tanking??!!
Anyway, yesterday and today, the price is rising, and again, impossible to see why.
I mean really, I feel like a f'ing puppet here.... still, feels good to see some green, finally!

I hate to burst the bubble in here, but the actual bid price of CDVJ has remained almost the exact same over the past week. While the ask is at .003, the bid is at .0024! You take a loss of .0006 per share just to get into this thing. This is what is holding a lot of buys back in my opinion.

Just Learning - this is the THIRD day in a row that this POS closed "green". BIG DEAL - so it was up .0001 - MOST of us are STILL down 60-90%

What is it you like about this stock? You said it doesn't act like the rest. You're RIGHT. It's the first one I've EVER seen that TANKS on EVERY PR - even good ones.

You know what I like about this stock? Absolutely NOTHING. It could go to .20 on Tuesday and I'll still wish I had never bought it........ I made a BIG mistake buying when they were basically announcing a "Major" PR was coming out in the afternoon on MArch 9th. It was major all right - a Major frickin Disaster.

Good luck to all us Stucks (I hesitate to use the word LONGS here - as I feel were Forced Longs - we can't AFFORD to sell)!
