Central Wireless Announces Completion of Site Acquisition

SARASOTA, Fla., Mar 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Central Wireless, Inc. (OTCBB:CWIR) announced today that it has completed the site acquisition phase for tower sites in 13 counties. The sites are located in Bleckley, Brooks, Chrisp, Dodge, Lowndes, Laurens, Mitchell, Montgomery, Pulaski, Sumter, Telfair, Wheeler and Wilcox in central and southern Georgia. The sites will be constructed to expand the coverage area for a major wireless carrier in the region. The wireless facilities are designed to accommodate 4 wireless carriers and will be a mix of both guyed tower and self-support sites ranging in height up to 260 ft.

Steve Troyan, vice-president of Central Wireless stated, "We have completed the site acquisition on this phase of the project and anticipate that engineering will begin within the next few weeks. Central Wireless (OTCBB:CWIR) announced today the start of construction for the Georgetown South Carolina facility.

Central Wireless announced today that it has completed procurement of the three hundred sixty-foot (360 ft) tower for the Georgetown South Carolina Facility. The facility will have Georgetown Emergency Services as its anchor tenant and will also be available for lease to an additional 3 wireless carriers. Final permitting has been completed and construction activities are currently scheduled to begin on May 17th, 2004. The facility will house Georgetown Counties'Emergency Services equipment and will provide emergency coverage along Georgetown's coastal area, which is located just south of Myrtle Beach.
