"Our market research indicates there is a strong demand all across the United States for restaurants, snack bars and juice bars that can offer a healthy alternative to much of the "fast food" that is being offered to the American public. Today's health conscious active lifestyle person is seeking real high quality food that can be provided quickly, is nutritious, appetizing and that's served in an environment that is friendly, clean and tasteful," said Ed Schwalb, President of GFY Foods, Inc. "We think there is a significant opportunity to become a market leader by opening locations in health clubs and other locations populated by people who are committed to an active and healthy lifestyle that do not have a ready access to the types of food products that we are serving."
The company is now launching an aggressive plan to acquire existing underperforming Kahala franchises and or open its own additional locations throughout the United States later this year in key market segments. The company intends to leverage the expertise of its management team and years of experience in the food services industry to build a national chain of Kahala Franchises in retail locations, health clubs, office buildings, school campuses and other locations, to be determined based on availability, affordability and demographic analysis.

Only problem I can see with this company is they have big plans with no money. Also have legal problems with 60,000 $ frozen because of a SEC investigation into former directors of the company. However stock has dropped bigtime to a low under .002-and a bounce back to a penny still would garner a great return. Some of my associates on another site bought a few weeks ago @ .025 and are not as thrilled @ .01. Until they get financing and legal scrape cleared up they may not be worth a penny a share.JMHO
