I like ADOT a lot! They are buying portions of a couple upstanding companies recently and their webiste is top notch. Their products also seem great. My main concern in investing in ADOT though is their number of outstanding shares: 2,015,908,862. The number of outstanding shares in 2002 was: 229,261,072.

This is about the biggest number of outstanding shares I have come across while trading. This is my only reason for concern about this stock. If you don't think this is a big deal though, please explain why you feel that way.

That is one of the FIRST things I saw this mornig while doing DD.

I show 2.3 BILLION outstanding shares. I am no expert but that sounds like a "BUNCH".

I am also showing no buyers, no orders. Only a prototype of the product.

FROM Latest 10Q
--------------------
Since inception, the Company has primarily been engaged in the research and development of its product. Once the research and development is complete, the Company will begin to manufacture and obtain new contracts. The Company is in the development stage and has not generated revenues from any product sales. The Company believes that its planned products will produce sufficient revenues in the future. There are no assurances, however, that the Company will be able to produce such products, or if produced, that they will be accepted in the market place.

Anyway, this is what I see so far.

From recent press release:

ADOT's 10K is set to be filed on or before March 27th and is expected to reflect a substantially improved financial condition over the same period last year.

and Biomda Inc has gotten their symbol but its not trading yet
BMOD I think Would love to know when we can have at that

I wonder if ADOT paid for the GMED transaction with shares of stock. That would explain why the price didn't budge even with the good recent PR. I used to like this stock more than I do now. I have a lot of shares and hope the financials are as good as they say they are. -Debi

The improved financial condition is the result of issuing more shares when it ran to .05
Dont be surprised if they are up to 3 billion O/S
This is how they are financing these companies. They have not sold any products since their inception.
Their products are non existent. They dont have any!

Just do yourself a favor, and spend some more time checking out what this company is up to. I just hate to see CEO's of companies like this continuing to make 500K a year stealing from investors.

7 years, 2.3 billion O/S (more now), 0 products, 0 $ in sales

Its amazing that these guys are still collecting a paycheck at the expense of the shareholders.

If you think that they are looking out for the best interest of the investors, please let me know how.

All they are doing is putting out fake pr's, dating back to 1998, then dumping more shares when the price rises.
The only way they can pay themselves is from selling more shares. They will never stop issuing more shares until they release a product, which is not anywhere on the horizon.

Special J- The quality of their website doesnt make them a good company.

I know it looks like I'm bashing this stock, but I am just trying to get people here to see the reality of this company. Its probably hard to believe that someone you dont know is looking out for you, but honestly, I am. Click this link, read their PR's and then draw your own conclusion of ADOT.

I have no hidden agenda here, I just hate to see people get burned by scam companies.

It don't look like bashing.......it is bashing.......we can do our own DD without this sort of trash. Why would someone with nothing to gain crap on a stock like you just have? Did ya buy on a spike and just get ticked over the drop....blame that on MM's not this company. Are you familiar with anything this company even does? I'm in since .0073 and looking forward to the first sale of their display.....that is unless creeps like you scare possible investors off. Not trying to be mean but it irks me when people say they aren't bashing in the same paragraph they bash in.

Take heed to what Delt's saying....

I played this stock in 1998....same price then as now i think. In 1998 their flat panels were "getting ready to go out the door".Is this a scam company??...I don't know....I STILL play this stock!! It's good for something other than long term.

As I know, Adot is operating in a military base in New Mexico. Now, i dont think any company could do that unless they have something to offer back. Just my own opinion.

I just got off the phone with their investor relations person and all he did was be an a$$hole and treat me like I was stupid for calling them.

I first said to him I wanted to ask a few questions and he then promptly asked me if I was wanting to be Martha Stewart and request insider information.

I then asked him to verify the number of outstanding shares they currently have and he said right now it was over 250 million. Then he mentioned to me I can look that information up on a thing called the internet.

I also asked him why they have so many outstanding shares. His reply was that there is a thing called debt, which is bad, and to pay off this debt you need money. The way we get the money is to sell shares of stock, then we can limit the amount of debt we have.

Grrr...I got so mad I forgot the other questions I was going to ask him. No way I'm gonna drop any money in this crap pot.

I think this is a stock to play not invest. I had bought a ton under a penny and it went up to .045 and I didn't sell believing the company had something going. New to pennies-I did take about $1600 profit at about .02 and still have some shares at a small loss. I have no clue what this company will or can do but I will play it when it runs and take my money off the table then. -Debi

They own
30% in Biomedia
30% in Gmed

I could care less if they ever sell one display unit. This stock is an excellent play and I have made a fortune off of it and continue to do so. They are completely out of dept now and making money through posstion in gmed and biomedia and side ventures. I have been watching this stock for about a year and I have no doubt that buy buying in more yesterday at .0149 I DID A REALLY GREAT THING. Plan to sell at .0185 or .02 which is very realistic.

I don't know if you make calls very often. I make calls like that once or twice a week. I have NEVER had an experiance like that. I am glad for it.

Thanks for the effort and reporting back what you found out.

Have you had any delayed responses to their sarcasm? "Oh, debt. That is the reason. I was just confused. I was thinking companies tried to offset their debt with a THING CALLED REVENUE."

PEACE

I haven't made a ton of calls, but this is probably my 6th call or so. I've thought of lots of things I wanted to say to him since being off the phone...sarcasm doesn't come to me very quickly though so I didn't say too much while I was on the phone.

I am normally a VERY peaceful man. I guess I should have slept more last night.

I would suggest a few things.

1. Make another call today. The experiance you had could keep you from doing it for a while, if you are not careful. Makeing a call I think is a great way to get information and a "feel" for the company. Just how they answer the phone lets you know something.

2. For fun... The person you spoke w/ probably uses the same lines w/ people all the time. You could make your own "script" with good responses to his sarcasm. Then when you feel prepared. Make another call to him. You could also de-fuse his sarcasm before it comes. This way he might actually give you some information. IE Start the conversation with a reference to Martha Stewart. If it is a line he uses all day long. It may put him at a loss for words. "I'm not trying to get us into any trouble like Martha Stewart is having but, I have a few questions."

See....
my point exactly.

You are blind to reality.

The first sale of their display was supposed to be 6 years ago.
Look, I'm sick of having this discussion with morons. All I'm doing is stating fact in hopes that some people will read what I am posting and follow up on it with their own research.
Eveyone here is smart enough to make their own decissions, I just think that some people jump into stocks because of people like you pumping it.

How can you honestly dissagree to what I posted earier?
Did I post false info? I'm just making people aware to what the company is up to.

What I am saying is the truth. You are just to blind to see it.

You have been holding since .0073, and you know you should have got out @ .05
You are holding onto past glories with this stock.

Am I familliar with what the comany does??

Are you serious? Please give me break. I am asking you to read all of their PR's dating back to 1998, and then tell me that I am bashing this stock.

I have been followin ADOT since Dec. 2002
I was buying @ .001-.002 due to all the great things that they had lined up.

As the months passed, I realized that they had nohing going on. Just fluff PR's.

You ask if I bought on a spike and I'm ticked on the drop???

No

As I bought @ .001-.002 I ended up with 1.5m shares.
I sold out @ .038-.042.

I pocketed close to 60K $ off of ADOT. I sold because they are over priced, and because they have no products or any revenue.

So, I didnt get burned as you suggested. And if I though that they are a good buy at this price, I would get in.

My 1.5m shares could now be 4.3 million shares. But I am staying out.
I am just pointing out the facts. I pocketed some serious money from ADOT and I'm happy about it, but I still think that ADOT's PPS is too high. And I think that the BIO IPO is already factored into the price. (if there really is an IPO)

Good Luck

How do you know this?

Last time I checked they were not at a military base.
See, this is what I'm talking about. People dont know what they are talking about.

Biomoda might have a lab on a military base, but ADOT doesn't.

People just play stocks without really doing any DD. They just pick up snips of info on the BB's, and base there investments on that.

Please read all their PR's and tell me what you think.
Thats all I ask.
Maybe you will see what I'm saying.
