Universal Guardian Holdings Expands Homeland Security Portfolio and Acquires Defense Company Emerging Concepts, Inc.

ECI is a defense technology and engineering company founded in 1989 to provide surveillance and reconnaissance systems, sensors, and engineering to U.S. military and national security agencies. The Company, which has a Secret Clearance, has provided systems and services to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Border Patrol and major defense industry leaders such as Lockheed Martin.
