Latest PR
SALT LAKE CITY, Feb 13, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Nexia Holdings Inc. ( NXIA ) announced today that its acquisition agreement with Creative Marketing Group Inc. (CMG) previously announced on Nov. 11, 2003, is not capable of closing in the immediate future. Nexia is continuing to work with CMG to seek alternatives, including revisions of the terms of the Nov. 11, 2003 agreement. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the issues preventing the closing of the agreement, Nexia intends to seek complete release of all obligations created by the agreement.

Any closing of the acquisition agreement is subject to further due diligence by the parties involved. Certain material terms of the agreement may need to be altered based upon CMG's method of obtaining capital to satisfy their capital requirements to maintain the license agreements referred to above.

Investors are strongly encouraged not to make an investment which they cannot afford to lose. Additionally, Nexia strongly encourages the public to read the above information in conjunction with its Form 10KSB for Dec. 31, 2002, and 10QSB for Sept. 30, 2003. All these disclosures can be viewed at www.sec.gov. We further advise our readers to visit the Nexia Holdings Inc. Web site at www.nexiaholdings.com.

Recent FORM 4's Show Insider buying, but at this level. 2 Buyers, 10,000,000 shares each at .006 One buyers shares are restricted I think until April. (I may be readint the 4 wrong)

Holding 45,000.00 in cash as of Q3 2003 10QSB

Over 4 Million in assets.

Anyone have any thoughts on this one.

Hi Paul,

Just for your info Nexia just increase common stock by 10 times from 1 billion to 10 billion. I have attached the link below. I am not sure the implications of this, I gather that when supply increase price goes down or this is to prevent a takeover. Any insights/ thoughts to this ?

No vested interest.
