announces it has opened offices in La Jolla, California and Las
Vegas, Nevada to support its developmental plans.

As the Company begins to execute its 2004 business plan, it has put
together a team of talented employees and consultants to develop its
live event projects and planned entertainment establishments. The
opportunities available to LIVESTAR in California are tremendous and
La Jolla has emerged as a great base to pursue those opportunities.
