There are no more stocks left on the market like PCBM or QBID correct? If anyone can find a stock like this then post it and let us do our own DD. By the way, I DON'T think that CMKM or INOV will be a good choice.

Thanks,
Ryan

casper, i think you mean GZFX, not PGHI...

Is the Qbid craze over yet? How do you find these stocks BEFORE they get their initial big gains? Any good news places? Dow jones news sucks for pennies (but it is good for my other investing)

Casper, right here is probably the best place. Follow Dardadog's daily postings on stocks. If you don't understand what the news means for that particular company then read what others are posting about it. QBID was posted here just a few minutes after it was on the news services.

I don't know if this counts for picks because I'm already in them last week, but I feel these have a very good chance of moves for the upside in the next few weeks for sure.

PRTL
IBZT
QBID
MASG
CTKH

I also plan on buying IDGE on Monday if there is pullback.

Hope everyone does well next week.

ADVC and CESY depending on their charts, having checked them in awhile.

PLKC and GZFX if they retrace some.

Due your own DD and I wish you all a "Good Buy"! ;-)

I'm gettin' into more BPNT! There's a stock and cash dividend coming up in March for shareholders that hold shares through 02-17-04. Read their PR's, you'll be surprised at what you find.

Well Van, If you read between the lines on all of the press releases from last week regarding earnings- they actually EXCEEDED Wall Street's expectations for the quarter. Then the stock dropped like a rock. Huh?
I think people just have there panties up in a bunch because Cisco made some conservative statements regarding the state of their industry. The reason why I think CSCO made conservative statements is because they were burnt back in the Tech debacle and don't want to be again. They are getting wiser, growing up as an organization. Of course they are going to be conservative in their statements, they learned their lesson.

If you look at the chart, follow the general trend line up until the "bubble" formed (wish I could post charts to show you). The bubble just popped, but I look for it to climb back up to the 50 EMA fairly soon.

I like this company, I like how they dealt with consolodating during the Tech crunch. I like their CEO. I think they have good products. It will come back IMO, I bought it at 24.19 and think I got a steal.

Well here- read this link, nothing bad said IMO. http://www2.barchart.com/news.asp?sym=CSCO

-First sentence is good news.
-In the second paragraph they say "Cautiously optimistic"
They are still optimistic, but cautious about it. Why, they got burnt before. I'd be cautious too.

Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Mike

MIKE,

ONE YEAR AGO I INVESTED A SUBSTANCIAL AMOUNT OF MY PORTFOLIO IN CISCO. IT HAS SINCE MORE THAN DOUBLED. THIS BEING THE SECOND TIME THAT I DID SO. THE FIRST TIME I RODE THAT BEEEEAAAACH UP TO ALMOST 80 DOLLARS. ALL I CAN SAY IS CISCO IS CISCO. CONSERVATIVE IN NATURE AND LOADED WITH CASH AND LIQUID ASSETS. MORE THAN ENOUGH TO SURVIVE THE LAST 3 OT 4 YEARS OF A BEAR MARKET.

ON THIS BOARD PEOPLE PUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS INTO PENNY STOCKS. I AM ONE OF THEM. I BUY AND I SELL. I GAMBLE PENNY'S. I INVEST IN CISCO-JUNIPER-GE-. YOU ARE VERY SMART TO SECURE PART OF YOUR EARNING'S FROM PENNY'S INTO LONG TERM GROWTH INVESTMENT. CHEER'S TO YOU MY FRIEND AS YOU HAVE THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESS IN YOUR ABILITY TO "THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX".

THIS TIME NEXT YEAR WE CAN DRINK TO CISCO AS IT WILL BE TRADING IN THE 50 DOLLAR RANGE. SLOW, SOLID GROWTH. CAN WE GET AND WOOOOOOT WOOOOOOOT....

No Van, didn't have the wrong idea at all, I didn't take any offense to your question.
Was just trying to help you out because I think I have a good read on this company.
Just happens to be a stock I have followed since it was at about $13 a couple of years ago. I wanted to help and pass along some knowledge and my opinion, hopefully to help you out or at least give you a different angle to look at.

Definitely would agree with you about a higher priced stock on this board, a little out of place. Realistically- most people on this board know much more than I do about penny stocks so I can't help in that area. I'm mostly a sponge really. I have learned a lot from this board and like to give back if I can to help people out. The only real experience I have is in larger cap stocks. I toss out those which look good to me every once in a while to give a heads up to people.

Good luck to you too!

Waterwitch.
Now I'M interested in something. Why do you like DTMG? Has there been any news? I bought this one about 5 months ago on a tip from a buddy and saw it basically traded sideways forever. Enough so that I started swing trading it. Then I started hearing whispers of bad things so I got out. Any new news out? Anything going on? I did see it had popped back up to around .20

What do you think Beav?

Wooter: Being a Newbie I'm so flattered that you think I might have a valid reason for my picks. I'm sure I thought I did at the time I posted that...but since then, I've been doing more reading...and have found that it probably wasn't a very good pick at all. Sorry to disappoint, but Tradetrek says it's overbought and probably will continue to trade sideways if not go into a downward trend. Haven't heard any news or even an unfounded rumor.
