Very interesting history to these guys-- looks like a lot of the shares are being held by "smart" money-- too bad they had so many share to begin with -will continue to DD.

I don't mean to say that 100 million sh auth and 50 million outst is too many.

Anybody ever ordered and eaten any of the DeRosario products here? (I guess i better go get some lunch)]

Note that UNSP is NOT Urbani. One of the links I followed was the Urbani site. Urbani is a neat company but ARE PRIVATE. I spoke w/ Urbani this morning thinking it was UNSP.

To the best of my knowledge YES.

I spk w/ two people at URBANI and they assured me this person is NO LONGER with them. Further they ARE PRIVATE.

I think there is BAD BLOOD between the two companies. Though he references his time w/ Urbani on the www.order.... website.

Thanx for looking out for me Paul. I kind of like gourmet food so I will still look into it--If you don't stir the bottom of the pot ONCE IN AWHILE it will burn and ruin and the soup. LOL
