No unfortunatly I dont I also wrote them mail with no response yet. Everything is riding on the few products they are putting out this year and the new company they bought and that new product the blue dock. I know you are a reserved invester, holding very tight to numbers and data and I understand why, you must have learned the hard way... lets speak hypothetical for a moment, do you think the products comeing out will be a big hit, and if so do you think it will be enough to make us some money? I know I am asking you this with no data to go on but humor me. and yes I know that investing on feeling and not data is what you would call stupid but again .. humor me

Also from 2.1 Bill Outstanding market Cap = 77 mill
IS the company worth 77 Million today even if they make a profit of 25$ / VKB they should be selling something like 4 million VKB to account for 77mill of course these are general figures and we all invest int he future my only concern is should I get in now and swing trade like you did or buy and hold it regardless of the price.

Neo, if I am to speak in terms of product popularity, in lieu of hard data, this really worries me because I would be making statements not based on facts.
What I can do is state a generalized opinion which is not wise and should be discounted.
Laser keyboards. Yes, I think they will be a hit, no doubt. However, the market for this product is very limited. I honestly believe there are not enough customers for this product to overcome production costs, marketing costs and all that. I am projecting this project to be a flop.
My rationale is simple. There are millions of computer users out there. However, those using PDA devices are a small percentage. I have no actual figures. This product targets PDA users. This is good because PDA users are usually more affluent and able to afford a "toy" like this. Toy. That is an important concept to keep in mind.
Knowing a laser keyboard targets PDA users and is a toy, not a "must have" device, reduce the number of computer users to only those using a PDA device. Next reduce those numbers by to only those interested in buying a toy. Finally, reduce your numbers again to only those who can truly afford to spend money on a toy.
Actual customer base becomes quite small.
This customer base becomes even smaller when you remove those who would find this keyboard to be a nuisance, rather than a benefit. I am thinking of those who commute in cars, buses, trains, subways and airplanes. These laser keyboards cannot be used by them. Those people represent those in a business environment requiring PDA usage.
Even smaller, remove those who do not want to turn off the lights and close curtains so the keyboard will work.
Is there a problem with projecting laser light upon a dark surface or a very light bright surface? Is it possible laser light will be hard to see on some surfaces?
There is another problem. A laser keyboard is not a renewable consumer good. It is not food, clothing, energy, things like that.
One keyboard per customer. That is it.
What do you think?
You should never buy, sell nor hold based on my opinions. I could be wrong. I could be leading you to loss of money or leading you to missing a chance to make money.
Perform good research. Think carfully and make prudent wise decisions.
hopefully most who got in low are in free share position with a profit. i have made a short term bundle with this one and will continue to play the beta, as this stock is super news sensitive. we saw a 30% swing just from a week ago friday, and it is on the up beta now. watch the intraday charts. i have found that with a 2-4 hour chart using bollinger bands, macd rsi and stochs you can play the beta quite effectively. like i said in a post when some were seeing a dollar, that a dime was disneyland to me, but this is the thrills, smoke and mirrors end of the stock world so who knows. a little simple math tells me this is a faith trade at these levels, but el dorado has given lots of baseless faith to those seeking a shortcut to it. many have died in the desert for lack of a real plan. i think there will not be anything that ever even closely resembles the percentage gain we saw from .0022 which was my lowest buy. i suspect we will get close to the upper part of the .03-.05 channel, perhaps even this week, that i predicted after the correction from the "this is your keyboard on drugs" intoxication.
i have made allot with afrr as well with this strategy although many gave up hope on it when it fell to .13 where i was buying again. its been up to .21 since and i have buys in again at .14-.15. it has good volume though news had been dead, and when there is anything interesting this will pop again. i have such a low basis in my 15.5 m shares of afrr i can afford to be conservative on my beta plays and go for 20-25% gain.
i encourage all who trade to give up trying to time the market. get in and out of anything you get a good feel for several times using smaller multiple traded each time. i sold some of my ibzt going into the run at .0089. i am not in the slightest bit concerned or self critical with selling almost 10 times lower than the top. the real fact is i sold part of my .0022 position at 300% profit and began generating free shares or at least lowering my basis. since then in about 15 more trades if i recall, i generated a 6 digit profit and have 2.25m no basis shares left. the profit is working and waiting to add and boost diversity to my portfolio.
you need to have a formula and a darn good reason not to stick with it if you really want to succeed trading penny stocks. they are just too volatile to pick the top and bottom of each cycle as they ratchet up or down. the point is there is often money to be made in both directions.
some people say don't fall in love with a stock, but i'd add, don't always look for one night stands. take the time to get to know any stock and learn it's individual "personality". i have a little nursery section of my portfolio that has allowed me to follow something with a vested interest and it has provides me with some incredible winners. the "weeds go away" with little pain and become fertilizer for the ones i like. take a look at trph which i bought ALLOT of last may around .25. my low buy was .17. the investment world painted doom all over it in 8 foot tall letters, but i looked into their intellectual property rights and it was clearly a good calculated risk. i recently sold some at 8.50. i will be buying it back again going into their q-4 report. i know this stock very well. it came from spending time with it. glw is another i have played for years, and continue to smile at. these arent penny plays but are similar beta plays. pdli has been another classic beta play. unless you like and only play the flash in the pan stocks take the time to get to know what you're working with and it can produce multiple rewards.
time for some rock and roll.

"...they are just too volatile to pick the top and bottom of each cycle as they ratchet up or down...."
Virtually all stocks will display a flux of plus or minus five percent. What this means, once a zero line (support) is established, a stock will rise two point five percent, fall to the zero line, continue to fall to a low two point five percent below baseline, then repeat this cycle of up and down. This is the plus or minus five percent flux.
Many stocks will display a higher percentage, with reliable prediction in a neutral status, a condition of no news, no SEC filings and such. Some may swing ten percent in price on a very regular basis.
Beyond plus or minus ten percent, volatility starts kicking in, defeating prediction.
It is possible, as Old Mullet suggests, to work a stock, of which you know its history very well, to work a stock for a periodic profit, usually once a month, or once every two months.
Power plays are required for this. A power play is buying huge amounts of a stock. This requires laying a lot of cash down.
Works this way,
10,000 shares equals $100 per penny move. 50,000 shares equals $500 per penny move.
You can quickly see how you can make very good profits on power plays, or you can lose a lot of money as well.
Trick is in carefully tracking selected stocks for months, for years. Tracking includes keeping a scorecard of daily prices, high, low, close and volume. Lot of work, but it pays off.
A simple one penny move can earn you good profit, with care and research. Power plays are not for lazy people. You must keep good written records each day, without fail, to be able to accurately predict typical price flux, and be willing to drop a lot of money into a stock, for a short period of time.

Okay, Now for some Cj input, Granted any product could have it's ups or downs. and I do mean all products. As PG stated in her decription it could be a flop, but then and yes I do mean then, on the other hand it is really quite an interesting concept which could be very proffitable.
An example I want to focus and bring up was that a few weeks ago I was vacationing in Orlando and went to WDW and took a ride on the Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress (Take a journey with an American family as it experiences technological changes throughout the twentieth century. Humorous family moments reveal how life has gotten easier and more fun). So this brings me up to the point that as this concept for a laser keyboard does seem very futuristic will it survive? will development somehow continue for products such as this. We must somehow look into the future sadly to say and wonder what other future and space saving products are there. Let's look at plasma TV, who in their right mind would pay so much for a product that hangs on your wall and cost so much. But it's the future. ( Sort of scary when you think of the Sci-fi thriller with governor Arnold S. in Total Recall year 1990 they had a similiar TV in Arnies home in the movie)
It's a new toy and like all new toys, folks want to be the first one on the block to have it first, and even second nowdays. Do I believe this stock will survive an upcoming status of .10 cents? Yes I do and not to far off from it. Let's analyze this stock a little bit more and forget about the charts for a second. This stock jumped up incredibly fast in the past months to an extreme of .08 cents (a little too fast, mind you). But pretty much settled down to it's current price. Everybody wanted a piece of the pie until a few folks got stuck on the high end and sold off. (Chasers). The company does have it's potential for more growth.IMHO Cj

Just recently (Feb of this year) I quit as a Director at CMG shortly after it was merged with Logica to become LogicaCMG. That being said I agree the VKB has a limited PDA market. The real market is for use on desktops and cell phones. The product has limitless application in areas which mechanical keyboards are not feasible. My first real job was building Command and Control systems for the military, this VKB will be the answer to all of the issues we ran into, portability, survivability, weight, mass, etc..... So I see significant government opportunities for the company. The cell phone version will have more sales than anyone here can phantom, especially once blue tooth is added for connection to the latest MMS and PDA phones. Europeans pay in excess of $100 U.S. just for cool looking faceplates, so this purchase would not be considered excess at all. Expand your look at this companies market far outside the U.S. Like it or not the U.S. is still in the dark ages when compared to Europe on information portability devices and use. If this company is managed properly the sky will be the limit. I do not see $10 in 180 days but I do see long term potential and with the proper financial plan this company will be a long-term runner. Check me on the European / Asian market on mobile devices the numbers do not lie. We out sold the U.S. 1000 to 1 on MMS and SMS systems. SMS TV is just breaking surface in the U.S. and Europe Already has a 3-4 year track record. Educate yourself not only on the company but the market as well.

Uncle - GREAT post as always! CJ - Sooo glad you're back! I REALLY think, in spite of the HUGE OS/float, this could be the next SONS, or at LEAST SIRI, CYPT, or ARGY!
CEO Cast featured IBZT tonight; at bottom of this post.
If all those CD's have been converted and dumped, were in better shapre, and if Ibiz can buy back some shares with some of the cash flow - I think they'll be in the Big Leagues.
Your thoughts??
Steve
iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTCBB: IBZT) $0.037
We have never initiated coverage of a stock with a price so low. In fact, we were torn between the strong promise of the company’s technology and a sub-optimal capital structure. However, the parallels between IBIZ Technology Corp., a leading manufacturer and distributor of accessories for personal digital assistants and hand-held devices and Socket Communications, a big winner for our followers, are strikingly similar.
The company recently launched the Virtual Laser Keyboard at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The Keyboard attaches to PDA’s and projects the image of a full-size keyboard onto the surface of the desk where the PDA is placed, making it easy to input text without a physical keyboard. Unlike many small snap-on keyboards for PDAs, the Virtual Laser Keyboard provides a full-size QWERTY keyboard. It is also smaller and more convenient to use than the folding-type keyboards made by some manufacturers and similar to them in functionality. The Keyboard requires no special training.
It employs a USB/serial cable connection to communicate with the PDA or PC. Future models will incorporate Bluetooth and/or IR Wireless Connections to a variety of devices. The light weight device weighs two ounces and is similar in size to a disposable cigarette lighter. The Keyboard includes a self-contained, rechargeable lithium ion battery. It provides the device with its own internal power supply, so it doesn't drain any battery power from the PDA or PC. The battery lasts three to four hours, more than enough time to do some instant messaging and SMS messaging from the handheld device or to update calendar and phone book entries. The cost of the device is $100.
The Keyboard has generated a great deal of attention. Recently, the Boston Globe featured the device, along with Tech TV & CNN. The company also noted that at the recent Consumer Electronics Show (CES), investors were lined up 10 deep. Tech TV nominated the device for its Best of CES. IBZT received more pre-orders for the Virtual Keyboard in the first twenty-four hours on its site than any other product it has sold in an entire month in its 24-year history.
Since November 2001, the company has been rebuilding its product offerings in and around the PDA accessory industry. Last April, it launched two new products, The Xela Case/Keyboard, and The CF (Compact Flash) Pocket Radio. In September, it began shipping The SD (Secure Digital) Pocket Radio for Palm handheld devices. While the company has consistently been generating losses, its revenues have been steadily growing. For its third quarter ended July, 2003, the company reported revenue of $146,000, more than double its previous quarter, and more than the two previous quarters combined. With a strong backlog from the Virtual Keyboard, IBZT should report its highest sales quarter ever when it releases results for the period ended January, 2004.
So why is the stock trading for pennies? The answer is its capital structure. Unlike other companies that have solid capital structures, iBIZ has had to fund itself with a convertible debenture, which has diluted investors and kept the share price down. Still, when we initiated coverage of Calypte Biomedical approximately six months ago, it had a similar structure. Just one month later, shares had surged from $0.12 to nearly $1.70. If the company is successful in improving its capital structure, a strong increase in price could occur.
The stock has rallied over the last two weeks, as a result of the excitement surrounding the Virtual Keyboard, causing the stock to double on enormous volume. The stock traded over 700 million shares in one day. This is due to strong interest from investors, and institutions converting stock as a result of the financing. Due to the large number of shares currently outstanding, the company has a market capitalization of approximately $75 million, enough for a listing on the American Stock Exchange. The combination of growing interest in its promising Virtual Keyboard, along with an improved capital structure could make this stock a big winner for speculative investors.
Do you know of a company that merits coverage? Please let us know at news@ceocast.com.

I never keep my mouth shut, and my fingers are nothing more than an extension of my mouth, just slower. In time, you will come to like the taste of your foot, just as I have.
Listening, just pretend to listen. Your mind is already made up, yes? I mean you wouldn't want anyone to confuse you with facts, right?
* grins *
Home computers, maybe a bit of a market there. I suspect this would be mostly kids and young adults, in the toy market.

Chicago Joe, I am not so sure about military applications just yet. There are a lot of standards which have to be met, certification, acquiring pre-approval listing, durability testing, lots of conditions before government buyers will even consider a product.
I have difficulty envisioning a laser keyboard in a Hum Vee out on in the field. Perhaps some portable command centers, but I have my doubts. Military personal, like hard heavy "soldier" like things. Battleships, airplanes, tanks, and Budweiser trucks.
The military more often opts for equipment which is self-contained, portable, very durable, quick and easy to use and is painted olive green. I would not expect a military market for many years. By then, something new and better will come along, such as a finger touch keyboard as part of a monitor, you know, touch screen type systems. A forty-five degree monitor with a portion of the bottom dedicated to a keyboard, cpu, drives, all that contained in the same unit.
Watch, some company will steal my idea or grab a patent on this.
On phones and such, tough one. These laser boards, I am doubtful they could be used in bright light conditions, such as being outdoors or in a well lit office cubicle.
You think drivers using phones are dangerous now, just wait until they use a keyboard while driving.
Having to carry around extra equipment for a phone, no, I don't think so. I have a hard enough time fitting a pipe wrench and duct tape into my purse, not to mention twelve pounds of cosmetic goods.
A phone with a laser keyboard included. Perhaps, if you don't mind a phone the size of a Korean war walkie-talkie and carrying a car battery under one arm.
Yes, they are very futuristic, very enticing, but I view them as impracticable. My guess is there will no repeat sales once put into extensive use and people discover problems.
Another problem you boys would never think about, a simple problem; fingernails.
Give fingernails some thought from a female point of view.
It is not my intent to be a doomsayer, it is I see problems ahead. Toys, need of a dark room, frustration...
Biggest problem, this is a non-renewable product. One shot at a market and it is gone.
posted
Lasers do not require a dark room and the most used computer in the field by the military are SUN desktops and keyboards ruggedized by contract after market. The military uses laptops and tactical radios for forward units and trust me they are not rugged. Only heavy things need to be rugged and it would suprise you what you find in the back of HUMVEE, the real need is heat, moisture, and dust proof.

Yes, lasers do not require any conditions. However, the human eye does require very specific conditions.
All light is invisible to the human eye until reflected off a surface, whether it be raindrops or the moon.
For this application, laser keyboards depend on a reflective surface. The company itself acknowledges some room darkening is needed.
Consider this reflective surface, a mirror. That keyboard will be invisible. For a red surface, invisible as well. Surfaces with shades of red to burnt umber, the keyboard will be nearly invisible.
Red laser will display best on a matted white surface, grey, medium green and black surfaces, under the right conditions.
For black surfaces, there may be problems with a need to have a completely dark room because of black body absorbtion, another simple physical law. Snap on a desk lamp, poof, the keyboard become invisible.
Under bright light conditions, outdoors or office lighting, the keyboard will be washed out, faded, difficult to see
Military, in a dusty environment, a smokey environment, a high humidity environment, any environment containing airborne particles will partially defeat or completely defeat this keyboard. Laser light will bounce off (reflect) off those airborne particles.
Oilman, this is nothing more than simple extrapolation of physical laws. Those laws cannot be violated, save for aboard the Enterprise with Captain Archer, or within Rod's Twilight Zone, sans cigarette today.
Have you figured out the fingernail riddle?
For a woman, a standard keyboard allows room for fingernails between the keys, with some practice, and without twelve inch acrylic plastic fingernails to match saline water enhancements measuring double Dolly Parton.
For a flat surface required for a laser keyboard, us girls will be making a lot of clacking and clicking noises, along with worrying about breaking a nail, a fate worse than a bad hair day.
To work around fingernails, short of using glue remover to take off those plastic fantastic nails, a woman will have to lay her hands nearly flat to keep her nails off the reflective surface. This will cause significant wrist soreness and finger fatigue, perhaps terminated with the universal single finger salute, along with chewing out her boss.
There will be an initial market, certainly. However, consumers will begin to realize there are problems they had not considered in their rush to buy the latest hot toy.
In time, the market will dry up faster than a garden snail on the Sahara desert.
So, jump on this and make a profit while the market is there. My opinion is an investor would be wise to jump back out, very quickly.
Currently, seventy to eighty percent of the stock price, is all hype. Strikes me the price on this stock is already falling and investors are losing money being suckered by pump and dump con artists.
Eventually, after a long period of time, prices will rise. During that time, some will sell at loss to get out, others will suffer anxiety waiting for prices to rise. Still others will wait for the big boon, which will happen, then be caught with their pants down, when the market collapses.
Bandwagon stocks are usually not a safe investment. Mad Cow, Moon Stock, Nano, all reflect this, very recently.
In this case, stock value is purely a result of unethical pumping and dumping by those whose only intent is to defraud the public.
Some comments on this. You read reactions to my opinions on this stock. Pretty bad amounting to nothing more than idiotic personal insults.
Why?
Because I expressed opinions they not wish to read nor wanted others to read. Some are con artists, some are in a feeding frenzy. None wanted to read an opposing viewpoint and set upon me with all they knew to do, personal level attacks.
I would not trust opinions of those whose best intellectual ability is Ad Hominem.
Yeah, there is money to be made here and it has already been made by pump and dump scammers. Looks to me some have been left holding an empty bag. In time, they will probably regain their losses and pass that empty bag to others.
What I express in my articles is nothing more than opinion and is, most likely, of no value. Do not buy, sell nor hold based on my opinion nor the opinions of others. Do your own research, do your own thinking, make your own careful decisions.
Above all, show respect for those who do not hold the same opinion as your own. When you toss aside respect, you lose instantly and decisively.
Well, I am one those who still predicts a $1, now in the next 2.5 months.
& with the report below it looks more possible now...According to the report ProVestor Plus Company Report (Jan 24, 2004), IBZT has 529.2 O/S & a Market Capitalization of 19.6 Million. I get this report in my Fidelity Accnt. This is great news.
I agree, I did not get the .10 when I thought this would fly thru all the psychological news hype it was getting, however, almost got there...0.08x
This company has great products...It has great news coverage...very rare for any OTCBB stock (even CNBC covered it)...It is beginning sales & revenues & it looks like it has done "something" with its outstanding shares (Still to be confirmed directly by the company).
This will be a flyer. I have not sold any shares yet, eventhough very tempted @ 0.08. I am holding this one medium to long. Hope no bad PRs come in....so far every PR has been positive.
Again this is not a pumping...do you own DD before making your decisions to invest.

Exactly, when you guys are describing the military you're going off what you've seen in movies or what CNN shows you.
I am a Technical Sergeant in the Air Force and my career field is Information Technology (more specifically I do network security).
The majority of all computer operations in the military are not in Humvees or even in the fields. Sure we set up Comm centers when deployed but even then they're partially fixed inside tents. However, most of it is at the bases inside the Network Control Centers.
As far as laser goes. It's not as sensitive as you think.

The OS is aprox. 2.1 BILLION and the float is between 1.2 & 1.4 BILLION. CD holders have converted and dumped millions of shares recenty- THAT's why the pps has been held down. Even so - I think this is going to be the BIG ONE for the pennies this year, jmo.

i think the vkb could be fuel to develop future pda products for ibzt. it is however a visual instead of visual/tactile data input device that will make input ease fall somewhere between the stylus entry of a pda and a real instead of virtual keyboard. it does depend upon a flat surface with decent contrast as purl mentioned.
the vkb is more than a toy, but falls short of being the new keyboard we all will use. the real future in my book is non keyboard data input. a keyboard is currently the log jam with high speed modern computers and . as personal voice recognition and input analysis for correction becomes more refined, it is clearly the choice i would make since i am a hunt and peck guy anyway.
for my hp ipaq, i would have a hard time deciding between the vkb and the folding keyboard/case ibzt offers. on the laser i will likely wait till the bluetooth model is out anyway. i hate wires since i went wireless, especially on an airplane. but if my ipaq can replace a heavier laptop and be a simple clean setup, "i'm in".
radjar,
if this hits a buck this year, the first case of dom is on me. in fact if this hits a buck i think anyone who has played this to be in a no risk position or has been rewarded for being a long bull should plan a little party at the ibzt shareholders meeting. we should all toast what would have become a dream play.

no.
i think, as i said in a few recent posts, that this will trade in a .03-.05 channel until there is news that will give investors something more solid to base their investment on. we could see the upper end of the channel this week if the press keeps coming. i think it will bounce off of the resistance around .08 when it finally breaks out of the channel.
ibzt is just starting to get it's business act together and unless they pull another rabbit out of the hat the best i hope for is sustained, slow (by penny investor expectations) ratcheting up. investors know about it now and it isn't going to vanish imho.

I think this stock will do well, but just to play the devil's advocate. I was watching Tech TV and they covered the CES in Las Vegas. The Ibiz Laser Keyboard was one of the new gadgets covered. They seemed to like it, however, they said after you type a key it can sometimes be delayed....a little sluggish. I hope that won't be a huge problem. Also on a side note you all should really watch Tech TV it covers all the new gadgets, tech tips, etc. Latah'

I have followed and, I appreciate all of your posts on the board. I think that you need to do some more research of the vkb tho---- The unit is supposed to work well in well lit rooms, as well as in the dark. I have read this in several places, i also have several products made with lasers (take the stupid little laser pens for example) they are bright as can be even in complete day-light. Also the uses for this technolgy are well beyond the pda as u have stated in earlier posts. Have you thought about uses for phones, personal computers, laptops, calculators, keypads(like security pads at airports) schools(so students dont constanly break keyboards), musical keyboards etc.......the uses are endless, and the vkb is just the spring-board for whats to come from this technology. Just some ideas to take into account........Bri

OM, Just adding my few cents worth of info. Company does have to have some good potential riding on it. Just want folks too dwell upon the idea the company has. Apart from utilizing charts one must also think about the product being offered and what could happen to the company in the future of it's technology. I for one thought that the PDA would not amount to anything big but I was wrong. It really hit me home when i went to WDW and saw the before and after of technology being played. Cj PS. good to hear from you too.
