Anybody know what the current share count is?

I looked at the pinksheet web-site amd they have two different ones.

one is 900,000,000 and the other says that a 1 for 2500 split took place in 2005, but the dont list the outstanding shares.

Got in today *1.10 see how she goes

If anybody could help out I would appreciate it!!!!!

31,976,000 is what I show, hope this helps. Good enrty at $1.10, I got in * $1.01! GL

Latest 10q says-Common stock, $.0001 par value, authorized 950,000,000 shares; 31,975,969 and 185,896 shares issued and outstanding at September 30, 2005 and December 31, 2004, respectively.

Might want to check out the 10q before investing long term with them. I quickly browsed over it and looks like serious dilution to me. As I said I just looked over it quickly. Do your own DD. JMHO
