I agree, the company is still concluding licensing agreements with companies, things are going well. I think the "USPTO" is just crossing it's "t's" and dotting it's "i's" due to all the infringement suits. But, so far almost half of those law suits have been settled with agreements favoring Forgent(FORG). We are in a great position and once the MACD crosses up we should be in for a nice ride (accompanied by positive pr's)

12 Patent License Agreements down, 18 to go...I suspect the 18 companies will follow soon given the pace of the previous 12 companies concluding their agreements. As long as the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") finds no faults regarding Forgent's data compression technology embodied in U.S. Patent No. 4,698,672 (the '672 Patent), we should see nice uptrends in the pps. Positive pr's on a regular basis will also help FORG reach or beat their pps year target of $5

Wow. I made a mistake and entered the wrong symbol on scottrade and sold forg today at 2.00! it's cool. I will buy back tommorrow on a dip with a bigger position

I rode it to 2.03 then dumped, I'm looking to get back in also on the dip, but not low enough for me yet. Keep a close eye on FORG, could bring in some nice gains on the ups and downs until we get news from the "USPTO". GB

I hear ya dp, but that jump was unexpected. I'm content waiting till it settles back down. Volume today was back to normal for the first time in a while, which is a good sign. I'll be back in next week, as I have posted previously, this company has great potential and will no doubt make us all a lot of money. I just prefer playing the dips and bounces all the way to the top because it is so much more rewarding than holding long (JMHO). Good Luck to all Long or Short!
