RoboServer Positions Itself As 'Best Value' Provider of Self-Serve Systems For Fast-Food Restaurants
12/28/05

LAS VEGAS, Dec 28, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
RoboServer Systems Corp. (Pink Sheets:RBSY), developer of the revolutionary Self-Serve Ordering Systems that enables quick-service restaurant customers to process their own orders on a touch-screen kiosk, announced that it has begun positioning itself as the "best value" provider of Self-Serve Systems for the fast-food and quick- service restaurant industries.

"We believe that over 2006 and beyond, the deployment of Self-Serve Ordering Systems will explode through the fast-food industry. In preparation for that, we are positioning RoboServer's products and pricing as what we hope will be the 'best value' to all potential restaurants using Self-Serve Systems," noted Delmar Janovec, RoboServer's CEO.

"Competitive intelligence is very secretive in this industry, and it is often difficult to determine our competitors pricing schedules. But based on limited competitive intelligence, we are positioning ourselves to provide a comparable or superior Self-Serve System to that of our competition, and are striving to do that at a price that could possibly be 20% to 40% less than our competitors," Janovec explained.

"RoboServer's goal of being the best value is driven by our aspiration to begin deploying our Self-Serve Systems to major fast-food and quick-service restaurants on an enterprise level during 2006. We feel we can better position ourselves by demonstrating a comparable or superior System to that of competitors, and at what we believe is a lower price."

RoboServer's kiosk-like Self-Serve System is similar to an ATM machine or self-checkout stand found in grocery stores -- but its software systems are designed specifically for self-ordering at fast-food and quick-serve restaurants. Customers can process their own orders by selecting a few buttons on the touch-screen, pay for their order with the machine's credit card processor, and pick up their order at the counter. Industry estimates show that self-serve technologies can reduce customer waiting time by as much as 33%.

ABOUT ROBOSERVER SYSTEMS

RoboServer Systems (Pink Sheets: RBSY) has developed Point of Sale and Self-Serve software technology for the restaurant industry for more than three years.

The Company's key growth product suite is the RoboServer Self-Serve System -- a software and hardware terminal that allows fast-food customers to order and purchase their own food and beverages, reducing the costly expense of employee services and reducing customer order time.

Similar technology has been proven and deployed in large grocery and hardware chains throughout the United States because Self-Serve technology reduces costs for businesses, and reduces ordering time for customers. Self-Serve technology is an industry-changing technology that will become significantly more prevalent in fast-food over the next few years. Self-serve technology is a strong growth industry that can demonstrate an easily quantifiable return on investment to client restaurants, even in soft economies.

The company, which began trading publicly on Jan. 3, 2005, cited that, according to IHL Consulting, research shows that self-serve checkout spending could grow to more than $330 billion by 2007.

RoboServe has developed and deployed Point of Sale and Self-Serve software technology for the restaurant industry for more than three years. The possibility of drastically reducing labor costs, increasing restaurant efficiency, and providing improved customer service, could be a timely combo for the restaurant industry, and Market Gainer will be watching RoboServe to see if the technology catches the interest of restaurateurs and whether the company continues its upward swing in share prices during the coming months.
