I honestly would not buy into Ingen Technologies at the moment until it settles at a steady price even lower than today's closing price of 8 cents. I'm thinking that volume will again be in the millions instead of in the hundreds of thousands when the PPS drops down to 2 or 3 cents. I screwed myself when Ingen announced the reverse split back a few months ago. I do believe Ingen Tech is a honest company with alot to show for and I would love to get back in with IGTG when the price is much lower.

Looking at the split-adjusted volume it appears we are about to break the 30 day MA. If only some news. What we need is the promise fulfilled to show real committment as quoted in Oct PR:
"We have stated that we will provide a schedule for filing our quarterly reports for fiscal years 2004 and 2005 in December."
As December draws to a close....we wait.

Anybody else think this looks like the company may be using the news to sell some shares? Tight market in heavy volume, unchanged with a very positive sounding PR.
Revenue projection would put stock trading at less than 10% of revenues - a steal if they didn't need to sell shares. Using the no-free-lunch rule there must be more to the story than meets the eye. Depending on how reliable the projection is and the size of their financing needs it could still be a good risk/reward here.

I got burned with the R/S, but I'm down so far, I've decided to wait it out. IF OxyView hits the market in February AND there truly is interest in the product as the PR says, then I may actually make out all right. At least I'm learning patience. Good Luck.

sail, I'm in the same boat. Just waiting on good financial news. Better than expected sales for current products and new products on the horizon. I hope to be sitting on this when the company can support it's growth without coming to shareholders.

If my previous history is any indication this thing will have legs. I just went to cut my GTC sell order in half to let some run, but TLTC, so I'm out now. Usually that happens when its going a lot higher, LOL. The MMs let me sell at the high at the time. They don't want any inventory.

Another big day, Today is the post split high, reached .25 and holding now at .23 if we can hold here until more news comes out this thing could rock. I'm back in the green barely but holding most long. This companies management is aweful w/ investors but IMO has the correct way forward financially.
