There still is a big spread on the bid ask. That is the MM's screwing with us. No worry though. This moves on low volume and moves nicely. Look at Friday. This week looks promising and as soon as this starts, look out you will not catch it. Looking for a PR very soon possibly this week. Target price 1.15.

Snocone Inks Deal for its Cell Phone Surveillance Technology

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Snocone Systems Inc. (OTCBB:SCOS) ("Snocone" or the "Company"), an innovator of wireless solutions, reports that the Company has finalized a license and revenue sharing agreement with SMART-TEK Communications Inc. (Smart-Tek) that provides existing and potential customers of Smart-Tek with Snocone's 'RISKeye' mobile surveillance viewing technology.

Under the terms of the deal, effective immediately, Smart-Tek will market and sell Snocone's 'RISKeye' mobile surveillance viewing technology to its existing and potential client base in exchange for a percentage of the revenues derived from the implementation and usage of Snocone's technology.

Smart-Tek specializes in integrated security and communication systems, including the design, sales, installation and service of CCTV, access control, intercom and communications systems, security surveillance and monitoring systems. Smart-Tek has positioned itself as one of the outstanding integrated security and surveillance system providers in British Columbia, Canada.

Perry Law, Smart-Tek's President, states, "We are pleased with the opportunity to open up new revenue streams by offering our existing and potential customers with Snocone's mobile security solutions for various monitoring applications. This will allow both companies to aggressively ramp up sales and revenues in the near term amidst the fast growing mobile monitoring sector. With Snocone's technology, our clients will have the peace of mind knowing they can monitor potential security risks and threats using their cell phones as monitors for a broad range of each particular customer's requirements."

A partial list of Smart-Tek's clients include but are not limited to: Econ 911 Center for BC, The Vancouver Police Department, The City of Vancouver, The Vancouver Port Authority, BC Hydro, Concord Pacific Developments, Ledcor Industries and the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Together, Snocone and Smart-Tek have researched and evaluated key market segments to focus on, particularly in the protection services monitoring arena, the large scale business and residential high-rise market as well as certain transportation agencies.

Words of Wisdom I have seen on this forum... I think Keith or Machiavelli said it but it goes like this...

You bought the stock at .80 cuz you thought it would go up to .90 .. but then the price went to .78 and then to .75 and then to .70 .... You lost... sell

Taking a loss is part of investing... taking a beating is just illogical.

Now trading between .47 - .50
This stock is a pump job from the owner of the HSM board (Don aka "Lucky") and his little poodles. Also know for the VRMD scam. Be very careful or you will be a bagholder!!
