They are taking advantage of their competitor's disadvantages such as piracy, propriety, selection. Their biggest advantage seems to be that the video game is people can recieve new video games through the video game console by way of internet or intranet connection instead of having to go to the store. I don't know exactly how it works to every detail, but the concept definately makes for a promising future competitor in my opinion.
There 10k is well organized and they just came out with their quarterly report.
