Looks like big revenue coming 3rd and 4th quarters but I also heard there is a temporary drop here short term til next week. People excercising warrents at .12? Someone on different rb board also thinks it may hit .06? Debating whether to buy now or wait

the recent performance of FRCP has also alarmed me as well as I am HEAVILY invested in them.... they do however look fundamentally strong and even technically even though they are down... its all on low volume which tells me that the company just isnt interesting right now... They go up on high volume and down on low volume generally which is a good sign.
so does anyone else have any input on this company?

I agree with your take. I've had FRCP for about 4 mths now and have watched it steadily decrease in value. I think once the dilution is over...whenever that will be...this stock should make some decent gains. If I were going to buy FRCP at this point I would put it on the radar and try to buy at it's "bottom".

FRCP is shaping up into a great company Once the PR's come out that they have delivered the vehicles then the stock should rise. Plus they said they are filling U.S. orders while the other factory gets on board. Other companies are interested and hopefully the Lion, foe the consumer market, will pick up for high-profile individuals.

Sci> Arn't you also from South Carolina? I remember ( think it was you) that you mentioned some media coverage that you had seen on this company. They still doing stuff like that or what? Also does anyone know what lobbyists/senators are working with the company?

Senators Graham and Hollings got them on board. I bought some on friday and may add more if it dips lower. This has fallen from .70 to .15 here. However there is some share dilution since the company is cash strapped. They have a product that is much in demand so there could be a buyout here or if not wait for the 3rd and 4th quarter results.

heavier volume than lately and slightly up after drawing back a decent gain on their news... a 4million share volume will be a real indicator.
I dont see this dropping down to 6c that would put their market cap below far below their revenues which I cant see why that would happen on this company unless they got some shady things going on... They'd have to lose a LOT of public faith to go that low.

Looks like 3.5 million shares or FRCP sold by insiders since Febuary. Sometimes several hundred thousand at a time by different directors and officers. That is huge amount IMHO and would take some pretty nice fudimental news to offset that. I am not in this one, at least yet, but why are some of you so High on this one???

Because the current administration in the white house wants a Reagan Era military and even if JFK wins he's not super liberal on foreign policy so he's not going to hack and slash the military budget like Clinton did.
FRCP has a product that is in demand. Ever increasing revenue. The military has faith in this product otherwise it wouldnt reorder it which is a good indicator for future revenue.I also like the idea that its a penny stock that actually produces something.
The insider transactions do disturb me, but overall I like the risk -> reward on this one.

Thanks for info Lutalo. Did see revenues going up but insider selling and several years of losses still have me concerned. I will keep it on radar for awhile and check into buying later. Good luck to you that already own it.
