MONTREAL, July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - TelePlus Enterprises, Inc.
(NASDAQ OTCBB "TLPE"), today announced it has signed a lease to open a new
store in the Westdale Mall located in Toronto, Canada. This new store will
become TelePlus' 33rd location an increase of 27% since December 2003.
TelePlus is currently seeking additional opportunities in various regions.
"Once opened Westdale Mall will increase to 10 the number of TelePlus
branded stores located in Toronto, Canada. Assuming closure of the CELLZ
acquisition announced last week our presence in Ontario, Canada, the largest
Canadian market, will increase to 17 stores an increase of 89% over the last 6
