I shouldn't do this on a board, but here is what Shaun was telling us. Not that I believe every thing I read, but on AGIS these guys talking have been right on the money! Here is the quote.
"When it comes out, the guy on the phone said it's expected to come out tomorrow, my guess is tomorrow after the market closes, which is what this company likes to do, anyways the 10Q will blow any frivelous lawsuit out of the water, mark my words... this company is astronomically priced low considering that it's testing with pulling in $40,000,000.00++ in revenues a quarter, if they move to India and globally, who knows how many revenues they'll pull in along with turning a profit!!"

If you are like me you know better to believe every thing you read I read alot, but usually don't always listen, but I believe this guy on this one. I should also give him full credit. Shaun has a group on Yahoo. To Subscribe: shaunspicks-subscribe@yahoogroups.com I'm not going to give no more quotes after this one. I should just have keep this to the group. here is another quote.
"OT: Just talked to Aegis! Great guy, I spoke with him last week as well... company has a float around only 5,000,000 currently, 80% came out of the 52 million O/S... the deal is done, shareholders can expect the circulated statement at the end of next week, the 10Q is expected out tomorrow, my guess is after the market close... the company doesn't seem like they will hold a conference call since they are OTC BB, if you read between the lines, they want this stock back on the Nasdaq NM IMO... the guy couldn't tell me what the book value of the stock is without the debt, not because he didn't want to but because he really didn't know and he said the accountants were still busy... overall we talked about a lot of great stuff and it seems like the company is getting more than off of its' feet with this deal... they are NOT a telemarketing company, despite what some lieing fool said on here earlier, never believe these message boards, they are a consumer-directed company helping out larger companies, i.e. customer relations at American Airlines, they'd be the guys you'd be ordering tickets from and what not, they also work with AT&T and Bell-South and many other larger companies such as American Express!!! Now they might go global to India, although the guy on the phone wouldn't comment on getting listed on the Nasdaq in the future or going global (when I asked him last week), you pretty much have to read in between the lines.... God bless, buy and HOLD IMO... roughly a 5,000,000 float!!! WOWzah'ss!!!
God bless, SHAUN
