Strategic Futures and Options, Inc., was formed in January 2001 at 1750 Yankee Doodle Road, Suite 202 in Eagan, MN 55121.
In September 2002, Strategic Futures and Options, Inc. was acquired by TELS Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary. Ronald Wolfbauer is the President, CEO, a director and a principal shareholder.
Strategic Futures and Options, Inc. is registered with the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, is a member of the National Futures Association (“NFA”) and acts as an introducing broker of Man Financial.
There are currently nine traders including Mr. Wolfbauer and one compliance officer, all of whom have received their series 3 licenses from the NFA and trade a variety of commodities including grains, energies, currencies, index futures and stock futures and options on individual stocks. All revenues are derived from fees generated as a result of its client’s trading activities in these markets.
Strategic Futures and Options has built its core business in the traditional full-service brokerage area and most of its business has originated through its individual registered futures and options brokers, by word of mouth, as well as the internet.


Ron Wolfbauer Jr – Is President of Strategic Futures and Options Inc. (SFO), an Eagan, Minnesota-based futures broker, trading any type of futures and options contracts for its clients, from grain and precious metals to currency, indexes and energy. SFO is a licensed introducing broker, and Ron created the firm last year, which recently went public through a reverse merger with TELS Corp., a shell corporation based in American Fork, Utah. Ron expects going public will help his young company grow. Ron has been involved in the financial and precious metals markets since 1991.
