Anyone know of any stocks that have been added/removed to/from the S&P/TSX Capped Gold Index recently? I am curious what the effects, if any, would be on the share price.

AZK and NXG are two examples. Anyone know of any others?
In general, does being added to an index have any effect on PPS or does it simply create greater volume and volatility in the stock?
