UNB has a great little moly play 131 Million tons of mineralized material grading 0.077% Mo at a stripping ratio of 2:1 (waste to ore). Quarryable operation in Montana. Has signed LOI with a mill nearby. News of financing pending. Expect to commence operation in 30 - 45 days. Charts look good.
UNB also has a much larger molybdenum property Cannivan Gulch also in MT for later on. Moly at $35/lb [+/-] has been on the rise. Look it over. Do the math.

This company under new management seems to be making a specialty of finding small molybdenum properties capable of coming into production quickly [See NR below] to take advantage of current high MO prices. In addition, look for news on their oil wells soon.

Mr. Blair Naughty reports

UNITED BOLERO ACQUIRES ONTARIO MOLYBDENUM PROPERTY

United Bolero Development Corp. has acquired, via an option agreement, the Chong molybdenum property, located approximately 40 miles northeast of Sudbury, Ont. The discovery was originally made by Harry Chong in 1942, in a remote area.

The Ontario Department of Mines, in an old mineral resources circular, records that: "In a letter to Department of Mines and Resources, Ottawa, in 1942, Harry Chong reported he had a number of men working on a molybdenum occurrence. ...The zone was described as 20 to 40 feet wide and 1,400 feet long. Channel samples are reported to have ranged from 0.5 per cent to 3 per cent MoS2."

Sudbury prospector, John Brady, was able to relocate the prospect, and he organized the staking of five square miles to cover possible extensions of the mineralized zone.

L.J. Bardswich, PEng, a director of United Bolero, following a site visit to the property, commented: "I commend Mr. Brady on his research and perseverance in tracking down this prospect. The Chong property has the potential to host a good-grade, near-surface, molybdenum deposit. Newly constructed logging roads provide access into the immediate area and connect to the Sudbury Regional roads network and its world-class mining infrastructure. United Bolero is focused on properties that can be brought into production quickly, and without major expenditure, to take advantage of the recent tenfold increase in the price of molybdenum. Extensive exploration is required, and our Bald Butte project remains our No. 1 priority, but the Chong property has the potential to meet our criteria of fast, cheap production."

Terms of the option agreement include reimbursement of staking costs, initial payment of $5,000 and the issuance of 50,000 shares, total payments of $100,000 and the issuance of 300,000 shares over three years, and a 2-per-cent net smelter return.

Investors are cautioned that historical reports on the Chong property are not in compliance with National Instrument 43-101, and have not been reviewed in detail by, nor prepared by, a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

The company has granted incentive stock options to directors, officers and employees of United Bolero to purchase 150,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company. The options are exercisable on or before Sept. 30, 2007, at a price of 15 cents per common share.

If you lik moly ya gotta like WEX/ GPXM's Ashdown play- sylvia vein has grades up to 15% moly with the average over 200ft * 5% or 100lbs per ton. Works out to 3400US$ per tonne and exploration ended with an open resource in all directions and at depth. They COULD BE AND PROBABLY ARE sitting on a world-class resource here . My biggest holding is now WEX - and by the way they had to drill through .88 ozs of gold to get to that moly vein. How many miners ignore the gold to get to the moly? LOL Not many.
