Per the EDGAR From 3s, the 3 primary company executives (and families) hold most of the issued stock. Hence, the PPS moves up quickly when any buying occur. The Bid-Ask spread will tighten up as volume picks up when their IR/PR efforts begin soon andtrading volume increases. IMHO, anywhere under $1 its definitely a Buy & Hold.
