Their 10 million subscriber game "world of warcraft" where they invested huge money in marketing has been having major problems, down for hours at least a couple days a week.
But today, it has been down since before 7a, and there were so many people complaining that they took the forums down. they have no idea when the game is coming back up and the gaming forums are full of angry people.
