I came across this company last week and I spoke with the CEO. Looks like a great real company. I made a 70% return on my money on Friday and I have a feeling Monday will be great as well. I'll be speaking with the CEO Monday to find out the share structure.
VShield Software Corp. Announces Development on Track for Its Enterprise Security Software Solutions Friday March 2, 9:30 am ET
DOVER, DE--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 2, 2007 -- VShield Software Corp. (Other OTC:VSHD.PK - News), a design, marketing and software distribution company providing advanced security software systems to both the retail and institutional markets, today announced that work upgrading its VSArmour 5.0 and VSArmour 6.0 to the newly released Windows Vista is proceeding and completion is expected to meet its entry in the first fourth quarter, to service the small to medium business section. The institutional and large business version will be SCO Unix UnixWare 7.1.4 operating system compliant and will be completed in the first quarter in 2008. The VSArmour 5.0 security system is designed to support computer networks administered by one or more Servers. Typically one server can administrate and monitor up to 1,000 computer users. This product protects both the entrance to the computer as well as the file addresses contained behind the protected firewall and router. These are overall generally a sophisticated installation with varying levels of security. These products are sold on an individual quote basis depending on the complexity of the installation and the number of work stations administered. The VSArmour 6.0 version is an upgrade of the 5.0 system and is designed to be used by a variety of organizations and institutions that require an extremely high level of security. As well as protecting both the entrance to the computer and the file addresses contained within the computer, this product protects the content within these files by hiding or disguising them, i.e. converting names to numbers. Information in this disguised format would be meaningless to any unauthorized user. VSArmour 6.0 is designed to protect various government departments including military and large sensitive commercial businesses such as insurance companies and banks that require a high level of security from computer hackers and identity theft.
"This upgrade to the new stronger Windows Vista and the next step SCO UnixWare 7.1.4 will allow the medium to large business web site owner complete protection against web site defacing, stolen information, URL hijacking and denial of service attacks. The VSArmour Series of software security will protect and shield the multi-million dollar web sites for military, information management and mission critical commerce applications. No more stolen credit cards, damaged sites, secrets lost, server overload or intruders that can't be tracked. This software offers complete protection from both internal and external threats for all high use commercial sites. We will complete the circle and protect all mission critical commercial enterprises that operate on the internet from all active threats against their operation," said Patrick Burke, Chief Technical Officer of VShield Software Corp.
