ICUI is presently overvalued especially condidering the Director selling over 18,000 shares on Monday (yesterday). Every time he sells a large quanity like that the share price is subject to go down as much as $5 to $10. Good timing on his part because share price is still near its 52 week high of 43.90 . Just my opinion but this would be a great short canidate for the next 2 weeks.
