Ok, i hope this is a good start for u.....The chart looks great as well and imo this is cheap all the way to 2, as the company has talks to moving off BB to the nas or amex....(SEE presentation) I think a price of 5-10+ is achievable in 2005. No one knows about this company, fund managers Institutions coming in... Do your dd this is My best stock for 2005... (people laughed when i sad to buy hoff .32 little over a month ago and it hit 2.80 DFCTF is a 100x better of a company and looking for all time new highs this year.. As the law of price discovery states the stocks price should rise Now that people are discovering this company... Thats exactly why management is doing the visibility campaign......
Key personel just read bio on DR fan, You have just stumbled on to a great stock, do your dd and enjoy... I wouldnt be surprised if we see 2.00 short term as word gets out.... I am buying more next week, as should see run up as fund institutions come in....

DF China Technology Inc. has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire DiChain Sky Digital Co. Ltd (DSDC) from the company's parent firm, China Merchants DiChain Group, in a combination of cash and common stock in exchange for 100 percent of the common stock of DSDC.
DSDC, founded by China Merchants DiChain Group, is primarily engaged in designing, developing, operating and marketing mobile network games and mobile-internet service applications based on its proprietary mobile (K-Java) application platform
It has developed more 30 mobile gaming products and has partnerships with China Mobile, SINA, SOHU and TENCENT to co-market its products and services. In addition to mobile-gaming development, the company plans to develop commercial applications in several vertical industries, including travel, logistics and mobile-banking services.
DF China Technology designs, manufactures and sells customizable software and hardware systems, which integrate GIS (Geographic Information System), GPS (Global Positioning System) and wireless and Web technologies into a proprietary application platform.
