Unless I am missing something, when a stock merges or splits it seems to not record the previous day's closing price at a split adjusted level.
Like (hypothetical example) ABCD closed yesterday at .01 and did a 1:100 reverse split and reopened this morning at $1.00 as EFGH. The symbol automatically updates but the % Chg stays at 0% the whole time. Seems like if the symbol update ocurse, there is probably a way to convert and cary over the price and % change.
Is it correct that as of now Microcaptrade does not work for % change for splits?
Thanks to anyone who can clarify.
