i have stocks down that are up...top 40 is all wrong. some show up 2000% that are up 20%. personal alerts opens but is blank (happens a lot) quote/trade montage is down. anyone else having these problems???

We apologize for any inconvenience we had this morning (March 04). The problem was that we were showing faulty Last Sale and Share Volume data for a FEW ticker symbols (not all just a few). It was a complex problem and took us quite some time to fix it. We finally got it fixed by 11:15 a.m.
Unfortunately, in this high technology business, these things happen. It happens to the giants like E-Trade, Ameritrade, Scottrade and others all the time, and that is a fact.
For all of you who have been with us for many months or many years, you know that our reliability and uptime has been superb over the years, despite the few glitches here and there.
We apologize for this morning's inconvenience and are doing our absolute best to make sure that these types of problems do not happen in the future (however they will occur from time to time).
Thank you all for your patience and understanding in this matter.
