Well Glenn, it looks like it's leaning towards being a down week anyway.

DPTR down 1.42 to 2.54,
CVM up .34 to 1.96() CEL-SCI Corp. (CVM) just received FDA approval to proceed with a clinical trial of its H1N1 flu drug candidate, testing its effect on white blood cells of patients who are hospitalized.

Looks like CVM doesn't want to slow down Simply. Might be something there if they take a good dip.

You can not short a company that is being bought out by Dell at $30 per share.

Good find....debating on what its good for. But Short sounds about right however, way more DD is needed to find out where it can go. Right now, they brought a company, they have a patent approved. I don't think they have a product yet.....but that is where the DD is needed. I am considering shorting this myself if its even shortable.

I think what we are seeing is market confidence right now. A little bit of good news goes a long way right now. A lot of bad news gets forgotten pretty quickly. Could be a sign of recovery, but I'm hoping for at least one more week of destruction.

Looking at playing CHIP.

ETFC...$2.04. Knew it was a good pick.

CVM...$1.91...might have a small bounce.

I don't think this "bull" day has enough testosterone. I think we will see a mostly flat or even slightly negative day, which means my FAZ will come back a bit.

BSDM is like riding a bull but if you catch the right ride, you can make some great money.
