SoAng and Morph. Thanks for your thoughts on YRCW. I was only looking at charts and did not do any fundamental research at all at this point. I will definately stay away based on what you are saying here. I actually got caught in a BK stock a few months ago with CEM. I bought CEM at .16 and then it entered chapter 11 the next day. Just my luck, lol. It went to pink sheets as CEMJQ and started trading at .02. I basically lost everything I invested so I held it for 3 months. I also bought more at .05. It eventually went as high as .48, but I held a bit too long and sold at .25. Over 100% gain.
I got lucky, but had too hold for a long time. I never want that to happen again!
I am very much considering getting into SIRI this week.

Your a smart cookie Morpheus. I do this too but look at WFC, MS, JPM. BAC has been slow out the gate in market direction I think. I also look at the metal stocks for indication of which way it will go.
Doing great on my buys yesterday. Up $1,300+ so far today.

I was hoping to get more than I did, but I was not able to use margin due to my broker's 3.00 PPS rule. Oh well, I will see how it goes and buy more in the dips when I have more funds.

Hey guys, I'm new here. I've been trading for a little more than a year now. I've had some ups and downs, but overall I've made smart moves. I jump on here from day-to-day to see what your all talking about, then try to make my best decisions. I've seen plenty of talk about SIRI and I like where they are right now, being a monopoly and etc... I got in yesterday at .365, and I'm trying to figure out where they're going to top out. Are they going to top out at .43 again? Or are they going to shoot up to .63 like they did about a month ago, They have plenty of good news backing them up. I hate waiting too long and loosing what I had because of greed. My best guess is they will go up to about .47. But I'm wondering when that will be, or if that's acurate. I can't hold this for too long, It's a big part of my income. Any opinions would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks guys.

traded out and in SKF all day and made great coin..bailed on YRCW at the close..it really jumped at the close and I was compelled to take a 20% profit..especially on a dow down day..and oh yeah..SIRI continues to go to the moon..go man go.. TJ..to anwwer your Q's on when to bail on SIRI..my suggestion is to not sell until JUNE 10 (2 days after they report earnings) but im holding till it hit at least 2 bucks..(I will most likely trade in and out small percentage of my holdings just to make chump change after the earnings)and will take a trim 50% off the table above 2 bucks..thats just me..im an Idiot..but it will be really fun trying. This will put me into my condo in Tahoe by Christmas and a new Escalade to trudge to the slopes..bet on it. SIRI is a cash machine and making big bucks..once the rest of cyber vegas sees the big picture..skys the limit..IMHO

im short SKF and SRS the last 20 minutes of today and trimmed it up a little at the close for the open tommorrow..im betting green..there you have it.. and TJ..welcome to the board and go back in archives, read the pages and good luck to you..

Morpheus, Thanks for the welcome, and the opinion! I'll be watching carefully tomorrow to see if there's a pull back at .44 and I may sell just to take some profit. But then buy it back at a low and let it ride. I'm not quite sure if I can afford to let it all go 'till July 10 or not. I'd definitely like to though. I think I'd stand to make a good chunk! I'll continue with more research and try to make a good decision. Thanks again. Trader Jones

R1, Not to sound rude here... I'm basing it on the fact that I have very little money in the bank and a family to take care of, and no job. At some point I have to take some profit. I have a board meeting at the "conference room" in one hour..I gotta go and warm up cause my "cronies" think they are good and love to donate me their cash. You know the old saying..the worst day at golf, beats the best day at work..but with SIRI up over 20% today(as of now) that saying is hard to beat.

Those tyoes of board meetings are fun. But all the money your making off SIRI...pretty soon...you will have enough cash to buy your own golf course. Yeah....I had a bunch and sold for a loss at $0.30ish....lol. Still up with what I did and bought. So not beating my head on the wall. I also tried to short SIRI at $0.46....can't short it. Ohhh well.
Anyways....glad I was making lunch when MT hit $33.61. I think the market will still come down quite a bit. Maybe up 110 points at close....???
Congress was really trying to fry Benekie (Spelling). Someone(s) is gonna get screwed. Paulson....Benekie....Lewis.....Hmmmmm?????

Covered MT at $33.25. Wish I had lowered it more but now submitting bid to get back in. So thinking 680 shares at $32.50. Might even shoot lower....???

Great day for SIRI today. Charts, technicals, fundamentals, & news all look great at the moment. I'm hoping for the best in the upcoming weeks. We shall see. Nothing is guaranteed in this crazy market, but it sure looks good right now.

Hey guys, I sold SIRI today at about .46 and made almost $2400. My best week! This profit/income gives me a lot of breathing room. My best guess with SIRI today was they were going to hit about .47, and there was going to be a big drop with lots of people taking their profits. And I still think they are going to go lower than their close today in the next few days, and hopefully I'll be able to get back in. I feel that they will bottom out at about .41, and then shoot through the roof towards their earnings report. This is my best guess anyway, don't trust me. I'm positive I don't have the Chart, tech. etc. knowledge that you all do. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks~~~TraderJones~~~

Nice trade TJ. Congrats. Almost perfect exit actually for the short term trade. I'm in SIRI long for at least a few weeks. I feel good about this one. Great chart right now, technicals all pointing up. Volume is crazy. Good news swirling around the media. I think it will go higher into next week before the dip, but you never can tell. Either way, I am holding SIRI for a little while.

Going to dump AKS at $19.25 or so. My father is encouraging that big because they are losing money. Either way....up over $800 on that in just a week.
MT...I think judging the movement of X, NUE, AKS...I think MT may touch $33.80 or higher today. Especially if the market turns around. And if they do turn around then AKS will likely touch $19.30 or higher.

Out AKS....tried to change the order to $19.29 and then tried to change it to $19.35 and they killed the orders. $19.29 showed up as changed....then got kicked out. Wierd!!!

Thanks SJU, I'm keeping a close eye on SIRI. They did hit that .41 a while ago, but it seems to me that they will go lower. I'd love to get back in at about .38. I'm guessing they will head that dirrection early next week. For now I'm ALL IN on GMGMQ AT 1.25!! Just kidding...have a great weekend ALL!! ~~~TraderJones~~~
