Morpheus, what is your take on the results of yesterday's shareholder meeting at SIRI? I've been waiting to get back in to see if it will dip below .34, but I think that may not happen with the upcoming release of the IPOD applications.

WOW...glad I didn't short GM. Bond holders just took a beating. Not sure if they will still file. I think they will. So Gov. will own 70% of GM. UAW will own I think 17.5% and bond holders get 10%. Hmmmm.....????? So GM will only own 2.5%....that seems silly.

I'm gonna flip GM and X today I think. Looking to grab GM at $1.25 and sell at $1.30-1.32. X, looking for quick flip as well....maybe $31.60 and dump at $32.10.

i reversed my position on SRS and LVS after near the peaks this morning, held all day and then reversed again back..made some good coin. im again long SRS, short LVS and long DTO from 88..as for siri i crapped when it hit .30 then decided to up another 20k shares..they are tied into the GM bk in more ways than one..I think GM will not file bk as this will hurt osama-bama too badly. He ia a harvard man and all his harvard cronnies have enlightned him to this fact. I do believe all the hype is just that, hype. the TV puppets are very convincing. But there is a chance, so I only dropped into 4k shares at 1.11 near todays close just for the gamble. nothing ventured, nothing gained. ya gotta luv cyber vegas

taters, sorry, i did not address your Question on SIRI shareholder meeting...I was extremly disappointed as a whole..They really did not get into the "parking lot" subscribers and why chrysler BK made it appear they lost alot of customers thru "creative accounting" practices. I really was convinced that SIRI would shoot up after the meeting, and it did not, it in fact went down...errrrr..after all they have a monopoly and a great and growing customer base. I remain bullish on this still..and if the GM story plays out as no BK this will move SIRI up in a big way..its a funny game the fat cats play, and our job is to try and outwit them, learn to read between the lines and not get burned. Taters, i forgot, I also bailed on Ford at the close today,took some profit, and that money rolled into GM, (F up and GM down) it seemed like the thing to do, but just for a few days.

Grabbed 1330 shares of LVLT at $1.0599. Selling at $1.18 or higher.
Dropped SIRI yesterday when it was crashing.
X is up big again today. MT is down but still up a lot. Don't own either one. I think load up on these for short term plays if you can get in around $30-31. If going LONG, then the price is good now.
I called TDAmeritrade....they said GM stock is unshortable now. SUCKS!!! Morpheus....THEY WILL FILE!!! I'm willing to bet the house on that. THINK....you can not give the union 17.5% of your stock, bond holders 25% and the government the rest when there are a tond of outstanding shares. You have to SCREW shareholders to be able to get all new stock to issue and pay up. So hence....shareholders pay government/union/bond holders and get NOTHING but something in their portfolio that says they own a WORTHLESS company. Some people never learn about chapter 11 companies. I learned the hard way back in 2002. I had dropped $2,500 in my account...new trader. (Turned it into $29,000+ in just 2 months. Dropped $5,000 on WCOME (Worldcom) at $0.055 and sold at $0.24 and bought MCITE (MCI). I went to day shift and couldn't trade stocks anymore so bought KM at $0.48 having over 36,000 shares and HAYZ at $0.02 owning 500,000+ shares. Well, they both emerged from chapter 11 and stock was cancelled and I have nothing but worthless shares which still are in my account....lol. Its my leason!!!)
Now you can make a play on GM....not yet....but when they file...it will drop down to $0.05-.10 and should have a bounce 2-5 times on Tuesday as high as $0.30....no higher. i picked up more 10k of SIRI at .3130 ...obama is looking 2 ink his chances or a 2 term president...that is what politicians do..we will all see on sunday afternoon with "breaking news"..stayed tuned

i made some good buck with SRS short into the close...as for the monday open...im long bigtime SIRI (had a great 10% rebound) and GM and that is all..I read the script on this one and obama will be the savior of all that is good and rightous, come a sunday announcement concerning GM, in the land of cyber vegas..what an ending today..eeeehaaaawww

my reading into the GM fiasco was way off...I really really believed there would be no BK..I thought it was a big hoopla cherade..so i am one lucky mo fo this morning..i actually made 350 bucks..just when I was looking at looking all $8k..wooooooo...right now im shorting this market..i got 2 buys in on SRS so far and im down (17.40 and 17) and short BIDU and down there too for the time being..this market is very strong right now..im probebly way off ..

TIVO...already trading pretty crazy today. They got a ruling in their favor. So great day trader for next 2 days.
OCNF....this is one that caught my attention 2 weeks ago. Looked at it and thought it was too risky. Now I'm having second thoughts. It was less then $4 when I saw it. Kicking myself for not posting but I try not to post junk.
CTIC is up big since posting the pick. Not sure how high it will and can go but too much now for a roll of the dice.
