NPWS would have been great to pick up in the $.90s but at these prices $1.00+ its just too far away from its 5ma of $.92 to consider. I would say in the next few days you should be able to pick it up cheaper based on the charts. If you own it already I would say put a profit stop just under $1.20

O btw, I made a clean 10% gain on CERS today. It may continue to climb, but I sold at $5.85 and I figure if I want I can probably buy back in cheaper than that. Its so crazy coming from penny stocks to swing trading b/c w/pennies 10% in one day, I would have laughed at that like it was childs-play. Now I'll take it everyday and twice on somedays!!! I love the stability here and the ability to actually get out at the price the stock is at. Swing trading is the best way to trade for me by far. No sitting around all day watching stocks. I put in a buy the night before (I know kinda risky but I hate waking up early [Smile] Then whenever I sit down and the stock is at or above my sell point I sell. I hardly spend anytime on the computer and I love it!! GLTA hopefully, I will find a new play soon.

Well...it looks like I wasn't greedy enough and sold CERS a little too soon. If you still own it I would hold out til about $6.40 since it broke the 20ma. I thought it was going to hit its head on come back down since it gained so much today. But, I underestimated it and now that it has broken the 20ma the only thing in its way now is the top of the bollinger band at $6.40 Hope some of you still own this, I know I wish I did. Could make its run to $6.40 early in the a.m. if it doesn't do it early look for it to retrace to the $5.70's at least. GLTA

Bigpoppa: R1 probably won't even answer that question because pennies are day trades not swing trades. If your not sittin at the computer all day its almost impossible to take advantage of their runs because they fall so fast. This makes charting them a complete crap shot. He can tell you the stock is going to go up, the stock could go up a ton and you could still lose money because by the time the sellers (ie. the company) steps in and sells it's shares the price will be smashed. Now this isn't always the case, but most of the time.

To be honest I don't play pennies because I don't have the time or the nerves for them. I would be breaking my computer everyother day. But, from what I understand of them its best to find one that has really good news catch a little run and walk away. Most ppl in pennies are looking for huge gains and will sit and wait through 20%+ gains hoping for more. If your smart and conservative you could step in and sell before the big boys sell and get some profits. If I had spare gambling money thats what I would do at least. Actually, I wouldn't I would play poker like I do. (I do have a better chance at winning at poker also)

I had a pretty good strategy for pennies before I gave them up incase anyone wants to try it. I bought the microcaptrade thing. Then I had my min/min chart up. When the rsi(5) got under 10 I would step in and try to buy as long as the L2's looked good. Then I would watch it run up and sell that day. I made some good gains as much as 50% in 10 mins. I had the microcaptrade filtering stocks with 20% more gain and $50000 worth of volume. The problem is you have to sit and wait for stocks that are up to retrace and then you have to try to jump in at just the right time. Most of the time its very hard to fill your buy, but if you can you can usually make some good gains. GLT anyone that wants to try it

TKO.......put it on your list to watch.....but not saying buy/sell it. Look at the roller coaster swings over the past few years. Will have to keep on eye on it for the next ride.

WYY........just like TKO.....roller coaster stock.

XJT......$8.98.....check it out....could see $10.50.

MII......$0.70.....Could rocket up in the next few months. Look at the chart for the past 5 years......I shot up every year around February.....but 2003. A small risk...maybe $1,000-2,000. Not sure if I would risk anymore then that.

Back to taking care of my son.......good luck all.

NXXI.......$1.90. Up 9.8% since pick.

XJT........$9.55. Up 6.3% since pick.

MII........$0.72. Up 3% since pick.

I know but rsi(5) was almost to 75. If it opens up tomorrow morning well thats all she will get before dropping back down I think. She will probably come close to $6.50 She just gained too much to fast for me and I couldn't leave in on the table because last time she gained like 7% I think in one day then went back down 3-4% the next day. But, the way the day ended I wish I stuck it out for a gapper. O well, on to the next.

Check out RMTR. I'm puttin in a buy for $2.78

O btw, I made a great call for my friend he owes me dinner. I told him to drop RACK which he had $10k in an hour before market closed and ah its down over 30%+ He owes me big time!!!

Any idea on a sell point for RMTR. I don't see much that is clearly defined by the charts, so I'm kinda thinking $3.25 what do you guys think?

Nice job saving your friend butt. I do that for my friends and they get lazy and forget to do that stuff, then they get mad at me since I didn't MAKE them sell stock XYZ. I swear.......that is what bugs me most about helping others.......they get pissed when the tide comes in.

You like finding stocks that I would avoid. However, this company lost ground because of an earthquake in Tiawan that caused lower earnings. I don't think you will get in Wednesday at $2.78. It will be close but doubt it. I do think the $3.25 is a good call.

Yeah your probably right I saw I think the 200ma at $2.77 and it dipped below it the last 2 days so I was hoping it will come down to it again, but I'm probably pushing my luck and I might have to pay the low $2.80s for it.

Yeah I like finding stocks that have dipped a lot that way I feel if I can get just half of what they lost I would be more than happy. So, far it has been working out great for me. All my plays since I have started this strategy have made me money (knock on wood). My first was DXCM, then OSTK, and now CERS. I have picked many others, but I can't remember any others off the top of my head that I actually played. I get in party modes and get away from my stock goals. My new years resolution is to MAKE MONEY THOUGH! So, much less partying and more investing!!!

I have been trying to get into Penny stocks for a while now, but I just don't have the extra time to commit to it. I really like the way swing trading works. It seems a bit less risky. Penny stocks are so unpredictable. I look forward to being able to contribute to this group.

Well...I did some more hunting for stocks and I think I found a better play tomorrow than RMTR, so I'm going to try to pick up HGO tomorrow. Now I just need to workout what I think it might dip down to so I can pick some up.

So keep an eye on HGO!

By the way Mystic......RMTR never dipped back into the $2.80's. I thought it would hit $2.85 or so but $2.92 was the low. Maybe we will see $3.25 next week......????

Might I ask you why you are considering buying ATA tommorrow Mysticobra. Not wanting to bash or anything just looking for your opinions. I usually trade pennys but am going to start to trade the big boards a little again to get some more experience. Anyways here is my take on the chart. RSI is a little high at 51.95 usually like to see it a little more oversold also A/D is going down and the MACD is below 0. Now all these things I don't much like but the one I do like is if this were to move around the 1.20 range that would cause the 50day MA to cross the 200 day MA which might take this thing running into the $2 range. Anyways want to get your feelings on this and see why you like it.
