OWENQ gonna bounce off the 50 and 200 MDA. Plus there will be major news next week as Senator Spector takes the asbestos bill to the senate. To top it all off there are some major shorts in position from the last few days. Chart looks real good!!!!

It does look like OWENQ is close to support. It came up on one of my scans, but I ignored it because of the "Q" part of the symbol and the fact that it's been in Chapter 11 for a long time.
