US Dataworks, Inc. (Amex: UDW), a leading developer of payment processing software, announced today that it has signed a contract with Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Verizon Communications Inc. to provide its Clearingworks(TM) Accounts Receivable Conversion (ARC) processing platform. US Dataworks' Clearingworks will allow Verizon to convert paper checks into electronic transactions at five of the company's sites of operation.

Went as high as .65 and closed at .63 today. Lost out on $4,000 by selling too soon (at .55) but still made good money. Shows the value of averaging down when a stock drops significanly after you first buy.
Pays to keep cash reserves to be able to do this. Saved me with ANAD which kept dropping after I bought it.
