Looks as if the insiders are buying up shares fairly rapidly. We could see this one 9 month downtrend broken soon.

I'll try and post quickly if I see these buy signals:

1. A high volume bounce off new lows (around 1.3)
2. A high volume/low price movement break above downtrend (around 1.75)
