Has anyone any opinions to share on this? I've been watching it ever since I notice the Ontarios Teacher Association was in it. They tend to do quite well with their picks. But it's dropped about .50 in a few weeks.

I looked at this some time ago and could not decide on it. I thus did not post on it when it was proposed earlier.

It looks like it is basing at support levels. It could trade sideways for some time.

Tough decision whether to hold or to sell on a upward trend day.
