Market goes up in an election year but goes down later. Terrorist attacks will increase in latter part of October, giving the market jitters.

Middle east stability is vital for the world and US economy, and Iran and Syria remain as de-stabilizing influences.
Bush is certain to be re-elected, and he may have plans for denuking Iran and defanging Syria, that may involve force, which he would employ early next year.

I would like to sell and gather cash over the next 2 weeks.
