SEC filings: http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&match=&CIK=ltbr&filenum=&State= &Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany ---- Fairly low float with 12M O/S and I consider this low volume with only 131k share 3 month average. 52 week low $5 which hasn't been broken since the fall of 2008 through Jan 2009. This sector continues to take hits so I consider this a risk (what isn't right?), especially with the low volume. I like support between 5.18 - 5.25 and resistance around 5.40 and 5.55. I have this on WATCH to see if support can hold and see if the chart shows a bit more money going into the positive.
