The funny thing about it is that MOS has higher revenues than POT. POT has more in Potash proven reserves though. MOS has 1.9 billion in reserves. I think that puts a $ value at around $85-$90 a share given the bid for POT.

Actually at $35 billion minimum that would put it at $78. I think it goes for $40 billion thus $89 maybe slightly less.
