Further, it provides agricultural customers with professional farm and ranch management, and real estate brokerage services. As of May 21, 2009, TierOne Corporation operated through a network of 69 banking offices in Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas. The company was founded in 1907 and is headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska.

I know this is being de-listed from the Nasdaq, why the huge drop off in price. At .21 cents with a low o/s and float, this should be worth more.
