Just talked to CEO: He was running out the door to pick up something for today's graduation ceremony. SMAS is graduating a class of students that have successfully completed 26 months of training and recently passed their final tests. I may talk with him later tonight (if not tomorrow), but in the minute he had I asked two fast questions.
1) You're not done with buybacks are you?
Answer: No, not at all
2) News coming?
Answer: There maybe some pretty good news coming

If I had a dollar for every time someone said the CEO of a penny stock company was a legit, straight shooter, I wouldn't even need to be in the market. Not saying its not true in this case, but definitely proceed with caution.

just got his CEO email from last evening--------Bob,
Yes! Extremely busy from July until this week. Two training classes in that time plus a LOT of development work internally for the company. I had a breather for one day this week and now the month of October will be really hectic for the first 3+ weeks (news will explain that).
TV shows are still on. Thanks re the buybacks. We have "gotten" the funding in that the firm has committed to it, but it will be several more months before we would actually see any of that money. That doesn't mean we might not get additional funding before then from other parties, especially given all the developments planned for the next few months.
We do have plans to open more offices in the coming year. Probably some smaller ones to start and flagship ones later. We are considering reducing the authorized shares; we'll let you know.
