Revenge Designs, Inc. Processing Preliminary 4-Year, $80M Production Contract

DECATUR, IN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/29/08 -- Revenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that the recent business trip was an extreme success and a preliminary 4-year contract valued at $80M is currently being processed. At the request of the signing party, details on the preliminary contract will be withheld from the public for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. This is to allow marketing materials to be completed and to prepare for an official unveiling ceremony for the general public. The Company will provide updates on this very exciting contract as they develop.
The contract being processed today will generate approximately $5M in quarterly revenues with forecasted margins of at least 15%. Taking into full account the conversion of any outstanding promissory notes and preferred shares on a fully diluted basis, our quarterly Pro Forma numbers support an estimated .001 earnings per share per quarter, or .004 per share on an annual basis.

All Market Wire newsRevenge Designs, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RVGD), a specialty car designer and production assembler, announced today that it will begin receiving Honda Ridgelines on February 12th, 2008 for conversions. Pictures of the new Honda Ridgelines will be available shortly thereafter.
Peter Collorafi, Revenge Designs President and CEO, stated, "This is a major development for us and will allow us to begin generating steady revenues. Combined with our recently announced $80M contract, the Company is now in a very strong position and enjoying great growth."
The Company recently approved the conversion of one of its promissory notes. The total number of shares to be outstanding after conversion of all promissory notes and preferred will be approximately 977M shares. Currently there are 578,281,035 shares outstanding and 45,794,064 shares restricted. The Company also issued additional voting preferred to Mr. Collorafi to maintain majority control of the Company. To accommodate the increase the Company recently raised its authorized shares to 1.5B.

Our earnings predication from our last press release included the conversion of all the outstanding notes and preferred. No, There Investor relations guy Mr. Sykes. I was transgered to him and his mailbox was in overflow mode. I sent an e mail and a phone msg over a week and a half ago and no returns. I sold out for a loss on this one goodidea or bad but I feel to invest in a company with poor investor relations and a hope and a prayer on a one car deal with GM a company that is set to come out with a special edition vet that has 600 hp only 100 will be made this year. I doubt the comapny will come out with another car at the same time. This deal is dead Im guessing. it like letting a burger stand set up shop outside your steak house.

I've been waiting for .0013 for over a week now!! Maybe Chad was on holiday? Who knows! Still a few months to go for their "unveiling". Maybe I can get in lower then.
