CLIK is a public shell company that previously provided alternative dispute resolution services. CLIK sold its dispute resolution business in 2005 and has since had no operations. Halpryn and Glauser intend to utilize the public company to effect a merger or other business combination with an operating company.
Two other Shell Stocks purchased by Glenn Halpryn, PLX (AMEX: $40.82) and GTRY (OTCBB: $3.00 ), were later Reverse Merged into medical companies affiliated with Dr. Phillip Frost. A successful Billionaire, Dr. Frost has been involved with many biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

This blasted so far so fast, unless there's some subtancial news .40 looks like a pretty good number to take profits. This could fall to .20 if a sell off gets momo. jmo
This basically took off because of rumored leadership that has had success in the past. It's still a shell isn't it?
