CPMM up 19%

This one has been moving up lately and might be worth looking into. Being a car buff, I like that they have the rights to sell Ferrari and Maserati in China. Looks like they are just about to get out and begin telling their story to the investment community which could certainly be of benefit to building shareholder value.

Todays news looks promising!

China Premium Lifestyle Says 2006 Revenue to Reach Approximately $69 Million with Net Earnings in Excess of $1.5 Million Before Minority Interest
Wednesday January 31, 9:00 am ET
Company Launches US Road Show with Meetings in LA, San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Boston

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, Inc. (OTCBB:CPMM - News) launched a five-city road show in the United States, stating it is "very comfortable" with estimates for 2006 revenue of approximately $69 million and net earnings in excess of $1.5 million before minority interest.

Richard Lee, Chairman and CEO of the Hong Kong-based company that is best known for its Technorient subsidiary's distribution and dealerships in Hong Kong and China of Ferrari and Maserati luxury cars, is in the midst of a one-week road show in the United States to introduce the company to U.S. investors. Mr. Lee said the company is also on target to achieve increased revenues and earnings in 2007 as the market for luxury goods continues to grow in Hong Kong and China.

Mr. Lee, along with CFO, Joseph Wong, are presenting the company's story to investors in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, New York and Boston. They are describing the growth in the market for luxury goods in China, noting that after Japan, currently the world's largest market for luxury goods, China and Hong Kong combined represent the second largest market in Asia, forecast to overtake Japan in less than 10 years.

He indicated that a key strategy of the company is to take advantage of this growth by setting up a new division "to expand our luxury goods platform beyond motor vehicles by assembling a team of experienced managers to bring additional high-end brands into our portfolio." Mr. Lee noted that this is expected to include the addition of premium-branded fashion, fashion accessories, leather goods, watches and jewelry of premium Italian and US brands. He indicated that negotiations are in advanced stages with several of these companies to form exclusive distribution joint-ventures or secure exclusive distribution rights in China, Hong Kong or Asia.

Mr. Lee said the company recently completed its first, state-of-the-art dealership showroom and service center in Dalian, a key city in China's northeast and has plans to build or acquire additional facilities in main coastal cities. An in-principal agreement has been reached to acquire a major interest in an existing Ferrari/Maserati dealership located in another key coastal city. He also added that during the first half of 2007 the company expects to acquire the dealership for Ferretti Yachts in Southern China and Horizon Yachts in Hong Kong and China from the company's parent. Also, the company intends to acquire control of the Worldwide Super Car Club, which is building a 5-star membership facility in Zhuhai, China for owners of super cars.

Furthermore, he noted that the company's parent group has been appointed as the exclusive importer and distributor for Alfa Romeo for Hong Kong and Macau and as a result, China Premium Lifestyle plans to acquire those distribution rights, and is ready to work closely with Alfa Romeo on planning and implementation of the marque's expansion into China.

Lee indicated that China Premium Lifestyle remains poised to achieve success as a result of its extensive database of customers generated from its many years of experience distributing Ferrari and Maserati vehicles in China.

China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, through its 49%-owned entity, has established itself as a leading Ferrari and Maserati distributor and dealer in Hong Kong and China, respectively. The company is expanding its offerings to include other luxury goods from around the world, which it markets to its already established base of extremely wealthy Hong Kong and Chinese individuals.

Essentially trading at just better than 1X's sales and profitable.

Not cheap but not that expensive. Upcoming road shows could assist in driving some shareholder value.

My 3-6 month target is $1 and I'm using speculative money only. Thanks for the info!

mrmoh,

They sure were hitting bids buddy. We'll see if it can consolidate a little here and watch how it acts. I have added a few on the weakness.

It is not a large position at all and I'm in the money at the moment. Speculative money only.

This isn't like MDVX where I'm completely confident in the company's longer term price appreciation and willing to take size.

Thanks for your commentary!

China Premium Lifestyle Reports Second Quarter 2007 Earnings
Wednesday August 22, 7:38 am ET

Company Reports Profit on a 60% Increase in Year over Year Sales and a significant increase in Cash Flow from operating activities

HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, Inc. (OTCBB:CPMM - News) today reported net sales for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 of approximately $25.1 million, a 60% increase over net sales for the similar period one year ago of approximately $15.7 million. The company reported a net profit for the quarter of approximately $388,598, which represented a reduction from the net profit of $597,462 in the previous year's quarter. However, on a quarter-to-quarter basis, the company's net profit of $388,598 marked a turn-around from the first quarter net loss of approximately $260,000.

For the six month period ended June 30, 2007, the Company's reported net sales of approximately $42.1 million represented a 69% increase over the comparable six month period one year ago when the company reported approximately $24.9 million. For the six month period the company reported net income of $128,599 as compared to net income of $251,900 for the previous period.

The company attributed the growth in sales to its new and used vehicle trading segment, with significant increases in deliveries of Ferrari 8-cylinder models, the F430 and F430 Spider, together with the sellout performance of the new Ferrari 12-cylinder, the 599 GTB Fiorano. Vehicle sales were approximately $39.5 million for the six month period of 2007 compared to approximately $22.5 million in the similar period one year ago. Sales of parts and service increased slightly in the six month period to approximately $2.6 million as compared to approximately $2.4 million for the preceding period. The increase in parts and service sales was attributed to significant growth of both Ferrari and Maserati customers during the last few years, now requiring parts and service for regular maintenance.

Richard Lee, Chairman and CEO, stated: "I am very pleased to report that we continue to show high growth in our sales of new and existing cars as well as the beginning of growth in parts sales and service. This strong foundation enables us to incorporate other high end brands into our platform as we continue to build the portfolio of China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise. As previously announced, we have recently signed a letter of intent to acquire the sole distributorship of luxury yacht brands of Ferretti and Horizon through the acquisition of their respective distribution companies.

Joseph Wong, CFO added: "Our operations generated cash resources of approximately $3.3 million for the six months ended June 30, 2007, compared to generating cash resources of approximately $756,000 for the similar period one year ago. This was a result of our increased sales. Our account receivables decreased by approximately $5.7 million in the six month period ended June 30, 2007, primarily due to the collection of a receivable pursuant to certain sales recognized in the fourth quarter of 2006 and first quarter of 2007."

China Premium Lifestyle Enterprise, through its 49%-owned entity, has established itself as a leading Ferrari and Maserati importer, distributor and dealer in Hong Kong and dealer in China, having been affiliated with Ferrari and Maserati since 1992 and 1994 respectively. The company is expanding its offerings to include other luxury brands and goods from around the world, which it markets to its already established base of wealthy Chinese individuals
