Thinking logically and knowing the PPS is .0001 who (besides the company) would throw over $30,000.00 in the course of 3 days into a sub-penny stock?
Like I said...sumthins up.
I forgot to mention these aren't 100 million share blocks. They are smaller trades throughout the course of the day. Somebody is also paying multiple commissions.

It is when it is 5 times the average! It's been that way for a few days now.
I agree with your point of view on the outstanding shares but I'm just talking about the daily volume. Either we have a bunch of new investors or ?
Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday were big volume days AND I finally got a response back from the company (the new CEO none the less). I can't help but think somethings going to happen in the next few weeks.

Unbelieveable! The company just announced a forward stock split! That can't be right, there are already how many billions of shares out there and the PPS is at .0001.
I'm tending to think the press release is an error or there is still something else going on.

i dont think its an error stockstar but I HAVE NO IDEA what the company is thinking. The share value will readjust to .00005 and we wont be able to trade it. Not that we can now but that will put a the final nail in the coffin. OS is 320b. We will be the king of the pinks with 640b OS after the split. WOOHOO. TMAN...

And we thought the volume was crazy the last few days...sO far today we have traded 442,083,310. That's 4 times the daily volume of the last few days and it's only NOON!
This is getting rediculous.

Another 2 for 1 split just doesnt make any sense, unless they just want to drive the share price into the ground some more. Does anyone think this might have something to do with last year's distributions that still have not been distributed such as Bouse, etc, etc.?? I do not know much, but is it possible they are trying to decrease the share value so they can pay out less distributions? Anyone's thoughts on this?

I got my shares from the first split. Although I know some people have said they did not. Just what I need another million shares of worthlessness.
Something is going on almost 1B in volume already today. So someone wants the shares.

The only thing this will do is give us more shares of the spin off companies if/when they get that done.

No I mean the distributions. I got my shares from the split too. I am talking about from around Nov. 2005.

I have sent 2 inquiries to GWGO today via their website asking for clarification, more specifically asking why they are splitting the stock? The email I received from the CEO the other day specifically stated they were not going to reverse split the stock and at the time I figured it a good thing as they would never forward split the stock...right? I wonder if the new CEO knows what he is doing when it comes to the stock splits.
All that being said...the shares are trading like mad. Now over a billion shares traded so far today.
I'm confused but waiting for more info.

If I lived in Phoenix (I may in a year or 2 coincidentally) I would look into buying this company and putting an end to this nonsense.
I mean, if I can't get a good explanation of why the CEO is splitting this thing I need to wonder if he understands how a stock split works? Seems he thinks you just get twice as much stock but the price stays the same?? The press release does say immiediate shareholder relief.

That's because at .0001 with a 2 for 1 split your portfolio would show twice as much stock for the same price hence a 100% increase.

I'm in GWGO and here is why. They have a track record of running between .0001 and around .003 or so. They let the company die to bring it down and then "fix" their web site, throw out a bunch of news, management changes, bla, bla, bla and up it goes for another round. Momo change beginning now. Can be slow to respond because of high O/S and lots of bag holders. But the people behind the scenes at GWGO know what they're doing. But that's JMO

Another words IMO this is a momentum play only. Management is doing what it takes to revive interest. This is just the beginning. IMO now is a great time to get in. This is and has been a great momentum stock. But when it goes up.... get off! It isn't going to go up forever. GLTA

Hrmm that might be true about that one time when it went up about 300% in a matter of days, but that was once. Also consider this new president of the company. He was not around when that happened. Plus, when has this stock split so many times before? I think this might generate some momentum and possibly put the price up to .0002 or even .0003 but I think thats the most your going to see outta this run. I dunno, it just seems like this is this stock's last straw (unless they did a R/S)

I don't get it...What would any competent CEO want to do a 2-1 forward split on a stock which already has 300+ Billion shares outstanding. I still wonder where the company is going to get all the money to pay for the stock after the split and everyone jumps ship...
.0001 is the minimum price that a share can list at, right? Nomally you get the extra stock and the price reduces by 1/2.
Something's just not right.

Yeah I have no idea either. I am very curious as to what is going to happen. I think everyone's going to try to dump them as fast as they got them or dump half of them right after the record date but I dont think much of the orders will go through as everyone tries to do the same thing. Who in their right mind would buy this stock at .0001 after the split date?

Maybe they will try a 100 for 1 revers split in a few months to get rid of the googleplex of shares?

Yes, I was shocked. I could have sold at .0002 and doubled my "investment" ha ha. I'm trying to sell 5 million shares at .0002 if anywone is interested but then again if you can get it for .0001 go for it.
Big Money Here...LOL

I cant believe it. it might actually hit 1bill in volume today. All I know is my portfolio looks good with GWGO at .0002. I dunno how easy it would be to sell those shares at that price though....
