recycling this back to the top, put AXGJ on your watch list, CEPO is back down kinda low too along with QMMG.

CICG came up while screening for some technical entry's. MACD deeply oversold, RSI oversold, money flow importantly indicating some quiet accumulation on the way down and the shares recently bounced off of support at the 200 day ma.

I also like that it appears we recently had a selling cresciendo on high volume flushing out all the weak hands allowing for a potential reversal.

Company although on the pinks is apparently preparing to file multi-year profitable audited financials allowing it to be traded on the otcbb.

May be worth putting on your watch list for a trading opportunity back up towards the $1.90 area.

lol ....this is bottom busters thread no, where bottom busters go?

Point is this company is profitable almost every quarter except the last, there is small dilution, nothing signficant. Don't see why this shouldn't recover shortly. I think we will see another few down days then a run.

not my DD, but some additional info

"GDVI has NINE CONSECUTIVE profitable quarters under its belt. Monday after market close, the Company announced that in a public bidding process it won a contract with a Southern California School District which has "piggyback rights". This allows Global Diversified to sell its new Aurora product line to school districts throughout California in a much simpler manner, at a fixed price, that avoids lengthy public bidding. This is huge win for the Company and should result in significant new business for GDVI.

GDVI has posted Nine consecutive profitable quarters and is projecting a 34% increase in revenues for the current fiscal year.

Financials Approximate as of October 10, 2006

Market Cap: 11.4 Million

Outstanding Shares: 160 Million

52 Low / High: $0.11 / $0.05

Price: $0.07

GDVI Investor Highlights

* Global Diversified has posted nine consecutive profitable quarters.
* Announced it has won the bidding on significant school projects which will make the balance of the current fiscal year very strong.
* Reported that revenues for the year ended April 30, 2006 totaled $14.9 million, up 62 percent compared to revenues of the previous fiscal year.
* Nearly all of California's one thousand plus public school districts are actively designing and awaiting the commencement of their facilities "modernization" mandates. Over 70% of California classrooms are over 20 years old. It is estimated over 40,000 new classrooms are required to meet current enrollment demands.
* With the passage of Proposition 55, over $12.3 Billion in bonds will be available for campus modernization and related facility expenditures.
* Announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Modular, has secured the rights from the State of California to manufacture commercial, pre-fabricated/modular-type structures.
* Net income for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2006 totaled $596,683 compared to net income of $501,956 for the previous fiscal year.
* Working capital increased to $3.2 million at April 30, 2006, up 58 percent compared to the previous year, and Stockholders Equity increased 34 percent to $5.2 million compared to April 30, 2005. For the year ended April 30, 2006, the Company's gross profit margin was 28.5 percent.
* Recently announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Modular, has won two new orders for school classrooms and science labs, one project in Northern California, the other in the Southern portion of the state, totaling in value $1.2 million.
* Global Modular has been awarded a $1.4 million contract to build and install 20 modular classrooms for a Southern California public school district.

CEPO again, was a 4 bagger, then just went down like 80% do to no reason again, could see another 4 bagger, or at least a nice 30% gain at the last IMO.

Nice call stocktrader GDVI, I didn't buy in though, AXGJ killed my portfolio so I think I'm trying to stay away from companies with trends going down without many runs in the past.

I hear you cactus, I bought CEPO at 5 cents and when I completed the trade and loaded the screen around 1 second later I coulda got it 10% cheaper lol. There was a very short 4.5 cent buy there. I'm in TGLE and CEPO right now, any other stocks out their, I have money to use but I haven't found any good bottom busters myself lately.

I don't know about missed, its still a pretty good buy even though I can understand that you did miss out on 30%. Plus its either going to run now or go back to around .05 where Im sure you can buy it there.

CEPO up 60% from where I called, and the best part is it still has so much room to gap the last run.
