-market cap is 53 million based of 36.9m stocks outstanding.
-net income for latest quarter was 55k or +0.001
so what does an investor get here:
-assuming hat the company is able to repeat a profit of 55k of the last quarter in the future, the forward PE would stand at 240 !
-2,5m of stockholders equity, negative net tangibles - worth a market cap of 53million?
-these figures will continue to get worse, due to the company´s need for additional capital
-a lot of stocks were sold during the last months, a lot of warrants are still outstanding. buyers are waiting to cash in.
-as always at the otc-bb the company is thinly traded at an average of 45.000 a day
the pump is on ragingbull and investorshub. i would stay away.

I know where that came from and who wrote it. I laughed the first time I saw it and am laughing now.
Personally, I'd be more inclined to have cut and pasted the leading stock picker at Marketocracy's comments about MDVX than this guys. I guess you conveniently overlooked the intial post and his suggested target for the shares?
All I can say is that if you only knew my friend......you should see earnings shortly and you'll be able to review a current filing understanding that the one you cut and pasted those comments from involved numerous legacy issues relating to past management and not present.
SM
PS. The fact that you like DKAM at the current price but can't get your hands around MDVX is starting to cause me to question your motives and integrity my friend.

How can you not like DKAM at the current prices. The vodka market is huge, and with Trump's name backing it with explosive sales, it looks like a big bargain.
Not to mention how can you overlook the management. sobe founder, seagrams vp, former ceo and chairman of bloomingdales.
no brainer IMO

"-assuming hat the company is able to repeat a profit of 55k of the last quarter in the future, the forward PE would stand at 240!"
This is the fatal flaw in the analysis. I expect net income will surge a staggering 400-500% in the upcoming Q to be reported followed by the same the next quarter. I expect they do as much as $2.5 million in sales in the current Q with at least $1.1 in net income up from the $55k stated in your analysis.
Answer me this....What if Modavox does $10 million in sales for their fiscal 07 and generates .15-.20 in eps?
What would you suggest the shares be worth just out of curiousity? What is a fair trailing and forward PE in your opinion?
I've shown you some of my actual earnings model for the company, feel free to share yours.
I like your entry and will not say anything negative about the company because I don't do that and more importanty, out of respect for you, I do not want to do anything to undermine your investment in the company. I will simply tell you here I looked at it closely and it does not meet my investment criteria at the moment.
You have a great entry and had great forsight, simply protect your profits my friend.

After reading the filings and PR's I do not see anything that insinuates that the company will generate that revenue and net profit. So where are you getting these estimates from?

The reason you make money in your picks including DKAM is because you have forsight and vision.
I assume you find ideas early before the masses and you understand where the growth will come from before others right? This is the only way to make big money is being ahead of the crowd as you know.
I have my own earnings model for the company and I do channel checks in the space from time to time. If you're going to try to make consistent real money, we have to all do our homework right?
I've done my dd. Just keep your eyes open for this upcoming Q and we can discuss it then. I think we agree that if I'm correct, the shares are a great value. There's certainly no assurance I'm accurate but that is a risk we all take when investing in any small company. I do believe time should prove me to be relatively accurate in my assessment and modeling for the company. It may vary a little in revenue and profit as it is my best guess at this point in time.

stocktrader, I think stock doc himself probably owns 20,000 shares of the company. He has been emailing me about this since oct whenever he buys. Infact I started the thread when i got my first email from stock doc saying that he just bought several thousand shares.
I also have major part of my portfolio sitting in MDVX.
I have learned to ride the correcion. It took me little time to learn this but now these normal corrections dont bother me. Its better than missing its next leg up. That would be so quick, I dont wanna end up buying for $2.15 on its way up. That would be a BIG loss...So I am staying right here.
I think looking at the chart...its gotta bounce either today or tomorrow

Unfortunately the only thing holding me back right now from getting in is the lack of exposure with this one. If no one is buying how do you expect to see $3+

This is simply the quiet before the storm on MDVX shares......the company is actually doing a great job communicating and we're just starting to see a hint of instituitional activity in the shares. I expect the shares to set new 52 week highs by month end.

It's not just us...I'm pretty confident saying there are some sophisticated professional investors and fund managers starting to kick the tires on Modavox.
We've traded at least 600k shares in this price range over the last couple weeks. There is some serious accumulation being done. When the supply dries up and it will soon, watch for the shares to pop like a coiled spring.
Technically speaking, the chart shows a high probability entry here being oversold and showing positive money flow during the pullback from previous highs.
If you guys see PERT lift on the offer followed by a large pr
