hey st mat, I have gotten thru once or twice, but not lately. Also Mike Alexander has not returned any of my calls. I understand they are very busy doing business and closing deals, but they have to understand they are a publicly traded company. I still cannot understand why they have not set up an IR department, they had better get one in place before listing on the NASD, if they think we're bad with calling all the time wait until they move to a much larger exchange!

Thanks surf and wally.

Just to clarify, I am in this dude till the 10K comes out. I'll decide then how much and how long I'll stay with this company. It ain't no secret that I'm in this for the money, not company loyality. The only company I am 100% loyal to is the one I work for.

Good luck to all, I hope all this pans out for the best for everyone involved, (this doesn't apply to the people that manipulate stocks to the detriment of the company and its shareholders).

Have a great weekend, the party continues on Monday. [Smile]

Okay everyone, We had some discussion a little earlier on the website www.gsccca.org that Rufus said go ahead and sign up and do some DD on this site. Lots and Lots of Stuff (Signed papers, legal speak, etc.) on CSHD.
Very much worth the 10 dollars per month to have full access!
This is the Real deal.
BTW these are document you must pay to play and it seems as though we are not to discuss these in detail on this site (from what I gather)
I paid and I'm happy to play!

Bank,
From what I'm reading...I'm seeing 4 huge hundreds of pages books of legal documents. I think 4 huge deals would be an injustice to CSHD (I'd think bigger than 4 [Smile]

Howdy Board ~

I read a page or two back about how someone bought in because of CSHD's 8k. This newer investor asked if we could point them or help out,... -something like that....

One thing came to mind...
Don't JUST buy in because a pennystock files something with the SEC. In my opinion I think I could take that format, change some words and file "MY" company with the SEC,
-if ya know what I mean.... [Big Grin]

GET CREADIBILITY on the filing (!)

There have been many pinks that have filed a bunch of crap that I've seen. They scurry arond the "gray" areas of business. -And THAT'S WHAT VERY INTERESTING about CHSD (!) imo

Cause Rufus doesn't "hide" ANYTHING! He seems to almost like the attention! Rufus has called the dogs on himself, he has PUBLICALLY dragged TDAmeriturd in the spotlight and basically called them CROOKS in a public PR!!!
OMG!

--and "no response" from TDAmeriturd...

See, when something like that happens, it makes the "pieces" FIT! Then you can SEE into the picture, watch and get to "know" the players so you can tell when something doesn't sound right, you "crosscheck it."

Now COMMON SENSE would have to dictate that if someone was pulling off the "scam of the Century", that they WOULD NOT be doing things like that!

"Let's profile it "

If we were running a scam, we wouldn't want any kind of negative press cause that would cause "waves" and waves could find us out, stir things up...

We sure wouldn't be telling investors around the world to go to war armed with the publically displaced NOBO list, that hundreds of people own shares of "air."

Guess what I'm trying to say is,(to whomever it was who wrote that) that a filing is just something turned in, look to see the the filing... -whatever it may be, make sure there is,... -what there is ~

We have seen the ID #'s and looked up all bonds, and in doing so, now we "know" what "OUR" little piece of paper is worth!!$$$$

[or so we honestly believe...]

Take filings with a grain of salt, till you can prove it's flvour! (<--hey Tut was here! "vour")

Hey , I gotta try to leave with a laugh! [Big Grin]

Have a great weekend all!
Chart ~

Ima I don't think there's anything new at the www.gsccca.org site since surfer and I posted like every file over here. Not the whole contracts but what they were. I don't know about everyone else I'm beginning to tire of tut and rufus making timelines they don't keep. This will be a week to remember I'll remember it as dropping 50% from our 52wk high. I'm not saying that this won't get done but the way they drag this out does'nt make anyone here feel that great about it.

So is there new stuff on the gsccca site? It sounds like there's new stuff there and its really good. I'm surprised we can't just talk about it here though.

Thanks and good weekend to you all.
