ROCKVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 7, 2006--Paradigm Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PDHO - News), announced that Paradigm Solutions Corporation, its wholly-owned subsidiary, has been awarded a prime US Navy SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Engineering, Technical, Financial and Program Management services. The contract period of performance is through 2019, and has an estimated combined ceiling of $47.8 billion dollars for all contractors.
